“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

“Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made sure we were seated in a clean, comfortable section, even taking the time to make sure everything was spotless before we sat down.
What impressed me the most was that she took our entire order without writing a single thing down and she got every detail right! Our food came out incredibly fast, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
On top of all that, Nicole was managing a large table at the same time and never missed a beat. She was friendly, attentive, organized, and made us feel like a priority the entire visit. Exceptional service like hers is hard to find. Thank you, Nicole, for making our IHOP experience so enjoyable we’ll definitely be back!“

“I LOVE this restaurant! I get the Valley Omelette every time with grits and a biscuit with coffee. A secret tip is to put some of the Onion, Peach, and Pepper Sauce (which you can buy a bottle for only 7.99!) on the omelette. Chef’s kiss! The service is always amazing and the staff welcomes you in. Not to mention the food and prices are wonderful and the coffee is strong. David was our server this time and he made sure my mom and I wanted for nothing. He was so friendly, professional, and FAST! Hands down, a wonderful waiter, human, and an asset to the establishment. I highly recommend Peach Valley in Maitland and I highly recommend sitting in David’s section. Can’t wait to come back!“
