“I started going to Athena’s when my son and family first moved to Maitland over 17 years ago. Since 2018 I went there at least once a week. Having to move back to Connecticut, I miss their chicken so much. My grandchildren know when I come to visit that is the first place I stop to eat. Their chicken is always so delicious and moist. I wish they would open a place here ❤️“

I mean just the way he seemingly knew I wasn't and experienced Cava customer, but yet she explained the food choices , and options to me in the most genuine, and professional manner. “Recently moved to the area, decided to have lunch with parents. Didn’t realize we walked in just before closing time. We we’re going to leave when our waiter (forgot his name sorry!) insisted we stayed and told us the kitchen was open for us regardless of closing time. We quickly ordered and we’re promptly served our food which was all very delicious. Usually you expect a quality drop toward the end of service but I can’t see how the food could’ve been any better. Great establishment and will definitely be back.“

“Abrianna is an AMAZING worker. She greets everyone with a smile and a wave the second the second they walk in even if she’s with a customer. She makes everyone feel welcome (in my opinion). I loved her energy and patience while I and everyone else in line was ordering especially during a rush. Abrianna also holds down the line so well during rushes especially for being the only one out in the front. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!! “I would like to start out by saying that we love the food at Cava. We went there today during rush hour and decided to sit outside with our dog. There were other people with their dog and a 3rd couple next to us. We had a skateboarder running up and down trying to land a trick while his buddy was filming it next to our tables which freaked the dogs out. I have asked him if he is almost done, and he said no not until he lands his trick. We all had to move, and we decided eventually to leave since the guy would not stop running pass our table with his skateboard. I have asked the manager Maleina if that is allowed to skateboard up and down through the tables while we are supposed to eat there. Her response was 'so what it is public property' and then she said there is anyway not anyone sitting there while waving at the skateboarder to greet him with a smile. This is the behavior that make people not want to come back to this location.“

“This cute restaurant was amazing from start to finish. It is reservation only, but once you call you will be introduce to Michele who is the definition of amazing service. When you arrive, Michele will greet you and be your server. She will make you feel like you’ve been a regular there for YEARS. The food is amazing and have huge portions. It was loaded with so much flavor and you could tell that it was all homemade. Chef Z mans the kitchen himself!!! We got the lavas bread with haydari and sautéed eggplant for an appetizer and the bread was so good fresh out of the oven that we couldn’t resist eating it all! For an entree we split the Feta Cheese Pide and the Iskender Kebab. The pide is a Turkish flatbread with the cheese baked in (kind of like a pizza meets a calzone) and the Iskender kebab had delicious sliced lamb on top of seasoned bread with a tomato sauce and dallop of yogurt. We had to take about half home. For dessert we had baklava that literally melted in your mouth. One of our new places to frequent.“

“The service was amazing. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful and the food was very good. I had never tried this kind of food and it was amazing. The colyflower was sautéed perfect, the egg plant melted in my mouth and the garlic sauce was perfect for making a pita sandwich. If your at the mall this is a great place to try out.“
