“Cluck Face is an absolute gem in Boca! The chicken here is unbelievably tender and juicy — it practically melts in your mouth. Pair it with their comeback sauce, and wow… it’s a flavor explosion that keeps you wanting more.
The vibe inside is just as good as the food. The kind handsome caucasian gentleman working the counter (9/24 @ 10pm)(approximately 17 years old) made me feel so welcome, and the EDM music in the background gives the whole place an upbeat, energetic feel. Even the bathroom has personality — there’s a beautiful plant in there that made me smile.
Hands down one of the most unique and enjoyable food spots I’ve been to. Highly recommend!“

“I had a great experience tonight at this PDQ. In the past I've always had an ok experience with PDQ in general, but this time was different. The food was great and the service given to us by the gentleman who took our order, Calvin, was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and friendly while taking our order, and when he wasn't taking orders he was checking on us and other guests as well as making sure the dining area was clean and neat. If he is not a manager PDQ is doing a disservice to their customers and should promote him. This was honestly some of the best fast food service I have received, right there with Chick Fil A.“

“Updated 01/04/24. I do hate to see great food /fast casual locations go down in service quality but here we are. It's been a while since I last visited and things have changed at chick-Fil-A, we ordered ahead as were aware lines get long, we arrived and sat in queue for approx 20 minutes and got our food. Now unfortunately we were missing key components of a successful lunch at Chick-fil-A. No straw for the strawberry shake, how can you miss a straw when it's in the name of the shake? Then no dipping sauce for the chicken strips or napkins to soak up the grease. Lastly both fries looked like someone snackd on them before we got them, about half the order of 2x mediums weres missing. Not at all like we are familiar with when eating here. Still the wife swears buy them so here we are and we're here to stay 🤷🏼‍♂️
11/19/ 23 all the food is yummy.
If you enjoy a good strawberry shake this is the place.
Store cleanliness is great, always someone cleaning up.
Food is always fresh and the cashiers friendly.
This location is very busy at lunch and can take upwards of 10 minutes after ordering to get your food.“

“Food is really good. Sometimes a little cold or small quantity but good flavor. HOWEVER, they can't seem to get any of my orders right! Always missing something. Today, I checked to make sure the sides were all there and left happy that I wouldn't have to make another trip back. Well, my sandwich was a dry bun with no pickles. I give up. 7 visits and not one single order correct. All missing sides, and yesterday they gave me fries and forgot the chicken. Thankfully I was still in the parking lot. Eat there. Don't take anything to go. That's my advice. Easier to walk up to the counter to get what they forgot to give you than to drive back to get it. I will continue to eat there, the flavors are wonderful, I just wish I could get my orders right. It really is good food!“

“Been going to wings plus since I was a kid(37 now) lol. It all started at the sample road location after our high school football games for the marching band at Douglas high. Then I went to college in lake worth and visited that location basically daily. When I moved back to the Coral Springs/Margate area I went to this location. I will no longer go to any other wings plus location but this one. Elise is absolutely wonderful and always has my beer ready when I walk in the door(Blue Moon with an orange). Everyone that works there has been wonderful as well! The cooks are the best! Been coming to this location for 10 years now and the food is always amazing, the wings are the best out of all the locations and the service is fantastic. If you want to watch sports, talk with great folks at the bar and have a great time as well as great food and beer this is the spot!“

“The service was great coming in. The restaurant was super clean and we were greeted as soon as we entered. We spoke with the owner Omni and him and his staff made sure of food was cooked and prepared to perfection. I love the remodel and will continue to come back to this location for the fresh meals and great service!“

“I go here often for their delicious chicken salad sandwiches…such a nice healthy change from typical fast food. Nothing but great experiences here, and the rewards program is excellent. Good to see the owner so involved in the day to day running of the business. Very hard to keep sufficient staff at many of the Coral Springs restaurants,(***hint: if you have any concern at any small local business, always ask to talk to the manager or owner before plastering a negative review…small businesses deserve our support and welcome the chance to make it right). Sometimes I will take a container of chicken salad home so I can enjoy it at my convenience. Btw, just tried the broccoli salad as a side…my new favorite, and I usually don’t even like broccoli! Me and my grandma walked in and was immediately welcomed into the establishment.
I ordered Fries, Chicken Tenders, A Green Apple Lemonade, And Magoo Sauce. On the other hand, my grandma ordered Fries, A Chicken Sandwich (With no pickles, in which they got rid of the pickles.) The chicken had flavor, was moist, crunchy, crispy, and greasy, and the crinkle-cut fries were soft and hot, the soda machine was working, and the Magoo sauce was phenomenal. Also, it was cheap. Not to mention, there was little to no trash on the floor. When I’m craving chicken, i’ll make sure to go to Huey Magoo’s! 🐔“

I'm a Chef for 45 years. I love these mom and pop companies. I love the no frills same interior for decades. The wooden window from the kitchen like trap door. I would love to meet the owner. This place would crush KFC. It could gross millions in franchisee. Maybe the owner doesn't want to . But the history is worth mollions“

“I stopped by the 2499 N Federal Highway Pollo in Boca a couple of days ago randomly after a very long time. Last time my husband and I stopped in early 2024 the quality and service was soo lacking :( We decided to pop in and see how it was and the food was so yummy and fresh! All of the staff we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. The new GM stopped and asked us how everything was and if we needed anything?! It was so refreshing and nice. Javi was awesome. “Stopped at Pollo Tropical and had the churrasco with rice and beans plus a side of cheesy fried yucca. The food was really good — the churrasco was flavorful, the beans and rice hit the spot, and the yucca was crispy and cheesy in the best way. The only thing that stood out was the outside area, which could use more attention with cleaning. It doesn’t take away from how tasty the food is, but improving that would make the whole experience feel much better.“

“My supervisor told me about this brand of fried chicken. I went on a hunt for it. First stop, no Krispy Kruchy chicken brand not there any longer. ? Still on the hunt, found one closest to my house by accident next to Sedanos. I was greeted by the owner. She took my order prep/cooked my food for freshness. The chicken has a great flavor. Biscuit was moist and the honey made a difference for the sweetness. The also sell Caribbean dishes. Had a calaloo and sailfish empanada. ? The Krispy Kruchy chicken is what it says it is! I didn't get the owners name, but I told her she'd hear from me again! Great job! God Bless your business!

What surprised us when we drove up, there were live chickens in front one at the door and a mom and chicks near the drive through. We laughed and wondered do they know what goes on in this place? I remember eating at Pollo Tropical quiet often in the early 2000's because you could always get a fast, economical, and healthy meal. I especially love the curry sauce but through the years the grubbiness of the restaurants were a real turn off and I gradually stopped going.

Fast forward to today when I was with someone who wanted to eat here. I didn't have high hopes but in the interest of being agreeable I went along. Wow, I have to say I am impressed. The restaurant was spotless with an updated tropical color scheme. It looked clean and spacious. The tables weren't sticky and dirty which was always a problem before. Gone is the sloppy, messy sauce station. Instead you request your sauce and it is given portioned out in plastic cups.

The young lady who took our order was so nice. I got my usual chicken tropichop with yellow rice and the bowl was topped with perfectly grilled tender chunks of chicken. So good especially when drizzled with the curry sauce. I ate inside and it was very pleasant but you can get your food to go from the drive thru too. This was a really good lunch that didn't leave me feeling heavy, tired, and bloated after. This location of Pollo Tropical deserves accolades.“
