“I was driving around looking for an office that did not exist in this plaza. Before I left I decided to grab something to go.My goodness this place had the best croquettes I’ve had in all of Miami-Dade.I could not believe that I got three croquettes, freshly squeezed orange juice and Colada for $10.Definitely will be going back.Let’s not forget the staff, amazingly kind.I recommend to all to go here when I’m the area. You will thank me later.“

“(Translated by Google) We passed by chance because we were nearby and we went in, it was the best choice, excellent service and very good food.(Original)Pasamos de casualidad porque estábamos cerca y entramos, fue la mejor elección, excelente atención y la comida muy buena.“
“This place is awesome, if you go to Miami like a tourist like me and go to "famous" places to eat down 8th Street, Miami Beach or Downtown Miami, you found those places are ok, but you will notice no many Cubans go there. I found this place thanks to the manager of my hotel, I ask like any other was is the best place to eat in Miami..... she told me go straight is this place call Las Mercedes (she eats there for 20 years) This restaurant is for Cuban people, all bean are boil very early in the morning and that make a huge difference in flavor, the owner is very nice and we talk a lot every time I go there, prices are for working people when you go there you see a lot of blue collar people and they come and go all day. The only downside I will found is that they open 6:30 to 6:00 but other than that for flavor, service and price this is the best place to eat in Miami, the have specials for every day of the week and I tried all of them all I can said is Yummyyyy !!!“

“Driving from Miami airport to Punta Gorda, Florida, I was craving Cuban food, but the traffic in Miami proper was horrible, so I Googled and came up with 'Sabor de Cuba' in Hialeah, Florida.
It did not look like much from the outside, but when I went in, I immediately noticed how sparkling clean the place was.
I was greeted by a lovely girl named Lily,
who only spoke Spanish.
I speak a little Spanish myself and was able to order exactly what I wanted. Macitas de puerco, Frijoles, Yuca, and sweet plantains.
The chef brought the food out to me herself and made sure I had everything I wanted along with the coldest beer I've ever had! I must say I am a connoisseur of Cuban Cuisine, and this was probably the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The staff was super sweet and attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience, despite the language barrier. In the end, the chef brought me a taste of their arroz con leche, which was amazing. I was sent on my way with a to go cup of the best Cafe Cubano I've had in a long time. I will absolutely drive 20 minutes out of my way the next time I go to Miami Airport to visit this place again.“

Funny enough today specifically I was feeling sad and receiving this food I think the worker paid some extra attention cause it was sauced up and delicious and it immediately bettered my mood! Will definitely continue to order from here!“
