“went to the dunkin on new haven near the i-95 exit on 7/17 around 3:45pm. every single person working was so helpful and friendly and efficient. i ordered a few things and every time i was given an item, it was handed to me by someone different. each person had their own light and welcoming attitude. i’m sorry i don’t remember anyone’s names. but the food and drink were bomb too!“

“My wife and I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts location on Saturday, Sept 27th at 11 am as we were heading out of town to West Palm Beach for the day. The manager on duty at that time greeted us with a smile as soon as we stepped in the door. She was in the middle of several others being served but wanted to make sure we were acknowledged. She took care of two other customers in front of us, helping them through their order quickly and efficiently, and her demeanour and personality were both at a high level. The atmosphere stayed joyful the whole time we were there. She was organising the other staff and ensured that people were being taken care of in order and in a timely manner. Our order came out as requested, everything was warmed up to perfection, and the cold brew was as I wished. The dining area was very clean as well, with a choice of seats for us. I will go out of my way to go there more often when I am nearby. It is a special place that i appreciate wholeheartedly. :)“

“Left thr store today and I had to drop a shout out to an amazing worker. He was manning the drive thru window and cook station while helping me with an order. The whole time treated me with nothing but courtesy and kindness. More then what you would expect to someone incredibly busy. I ask his name, his name is Mike. And happy he's an employee at my Dunkin location. Wouldn't go to another one“

“I normally don’t leave reviews but (I use to work at dunkin) & My past experiences have been going down hill at the other location on new haven .. I came here this morning and was in and out the drive through very quickly all my drinks were made perfect and my food was good & HOT ! This is definitely gonna be my new stop every morning ! “Michelle is truly an outstanding worker. She brings brightness and positivity to every single day, no matter how challenging it may be. Her dedication, genuine smile, and hard work are truly commendable, and she’s definitely deserving of a raise.
It’s not just Michelle, though — we also have wonderful managers like Kishanda and Ayesha who contribute greatly to the team. Plus, that handsome young man in the back always brings bright energy in the mornings and ensures everyone leaves with a smile. I look forward to coming back every Wednesday morning to this amazing team.
However, I’ve noticed that Sundays and Mondays can be a very different experience. On those days, the management isn’t as pleasant, and some workers have unfortunately been unprofessional, showing signs of alcohol or marijuana use. There’s also a chubby guy who’s often in the window and sometimes up front, and he frequently reeks of liquor and marijuana when speaking through the window or interacting with customers. It’s this contrast that really highlights how wonderful the Wednesday team is.
Overall, the teamwork, professionalism, and positive energy of the Wednesday crew are truly appreciated, and they make all the difference!“

“Nancy at Dunkin’ at Orlando Melbourne Airport was 10/10 AMAZING !.
Firstly her customer service was exceptional, she went above and beyond and the food she made for us far exceeded our expectations.
This was our first ever time trying Dunkin’ and myself and children loved it.“

“ordered an iced coffee when i meant to order a cold brew. told the young lady at the window and she got it switched with no issue, very quickly too. ended up giving me both drinks anyways and still told me to have a good day even though i’m sure it was a nuisance. refreshing when the past service here has been sub par, todays staff was on point!“

“Devin was being a bully the only reason I gave 5 stars for the food was because of this young lady who name is Dyana first day she was crying overwhelmed and threw her in the drive thu wasn't taught anything. Yall need to train your employees and have a manager there that wants to help its a team not competition“

I arrived in person to purchase and the two girls behind the counter were super pleasant as well.
