“went to the dunkin on new haven near the i-95 exit on 7/17 around 3:45pm. every single person working was so helpful and friendly and efficient. i ordered a few things and every time i was given an item, it was handed to me by someone different. each person had their own light and welcoming attitude. i’m sorry i don’t remember anyone’s names. but the food and drink were bomb too!“

“Love that any state I go to they have A Dunkin' and that Dunkin has coffee. That coffee is the same oh so delicious coffee everywhere Dunkin sells it. Thank you! I came here this morning and was in and out the drive through very quickly all my drinks were made perfect and my food was good & HOT ! This is definitely gonna be my new stop every morning ! “A year or so ago I would never think to go to this Dunkin but within the last 6 to 8 months something must have majorly changed. More than likely this skinny lady that works the drive-through who must be the manager because she takes all the orders and she's got the rest of the workers working like a well oiled machine, she has a good personality she communicates well and the food is hot when you get it weather drive through or in the dining area that lady deserves a raise since she's been employed because this whole Dunkin has changed for the better certainly the best one anywhere around, as they say action speaks louder than words and this lady doesn't speak that much other than getting your order and making sure that everyone else's on their game to do their job, kudos to her and her team you guys rock !“

“ordered an iced coffee when i meant to order a cold brew. told the young lady at the window and she got it switched with no issue, very quickly too. ended up giving me both drinks anyways and still told me to have a good day even though i’m sure it was a nuisance. refreshing when the past service here has been sub par, todays staff was on point!“

“I am sad I did not get the young lady name today (8/25/24) when I went through Drive thru today around 3pm but I wanted to give a shout out not only did she great with a beautiful smile but also recommended the liquid sugar and even remade my Refresher using it! She was so kind to make the suggestion and even offer to remake with the liquid sugar!
