“Had a detour on the way to Miami and we deplaned for about an hour to stretch and this was the only place the passengers could eat so the line was long! However they maintained their composure and kept great customer service despite how busy it got and it was only two people working. The lady made my latte so quickly and smiled when she gave it to me and so did the young man making the food. They communicated with customers so politely and I appreciate the patience in this team. I came here this morning and was in and out the drive through very quickly all my drinks were made perfect and my food was good & HOT ! This is definitely gonna be my new stop every morning ! “A year or so ago I would never think to go to this Dunkin but within the last 6 to 8 months something must have majorly changed. More than likely this skinny lady that works the drive-through who must be the manager because she takes all the orders and she's got the rest of the workers working like a well oiled machine, she has a good personality she communicates well and the food is hot when you get it weather drive through or in the dining area that lady deserves a raise since she's been employed because this whole Dunkin has changed for the better certainly the best one anywhere around, as they say action speaks louder than words and this lady doesn't speak that much other than getting your order and making sure that everyone else's on their game to do their job, kudos to her and her team you guys rock !“

“I am sad I did not get the young lady name today (8/25/24) when I went through Drive thru today around 3pm but I wanted to give a shout out not only did she great with a beautiful smile but also recommended the liquid sugar and even remade my Refresher using it! She was so kind to make the suggestion and even offer to remake with the liquid sugar!
