“As good as it gets!
This McDonald's is the template for which all others should be judged! Clean, friendly atmosphere, and attentive staff even considering the constant stream of customers. I'm not a needy diner, rather, I saw the staff attend to a disabled person in their lobby, as if it was a parent of theirs. Very impressive!“

“The food was a little cold but for a 5 dollar meal deal which included a decent double cheeseburger , older nuggets/frys ,and a drink . I couldn't complain about receiving my order in 2 minutes flat , decent customer service and the opportunities given to a diverse group of people , I'll forgive the food temp for not being perfect. Go before rush cold food /awesome service ,after rush expect longer waits for cook time but better food. I can forgive 😌 🙏“

“Had an issue with my drive through order, walked in and the manager caught me before I got inside. He started to fix the issue I had as soon as he heard what was incorrect. Didn’t even take me 5 minutes to have my problem resolved and be on my way. Great service“

“Ok so at the end of the day it's mcds, buttt this is a really really high quality one. Service is quick, the food is way more hot and fresh than other locations. The crew is really on point, not with just food but also hospitality and kindness. ? I hate eating junk fast food and most mcds but I love this one specifically.

“I door dash every single late night and come here probably 100 times a week but this is the first time I've eaten here and I must say it was the best burger and fries I've ever had at a McDonald's!!! I already knew that late night crew was amazing from the service I get picking up deliveries, but boy I'm impressed by the hot great food. Thanks guys!!!!“

“I went to the McDonald's I go to almost every morning and they told me that they were having Technical difficulties which happens, but they couldn't help me. So I went to the next closest one at 6420 N. Wickham Dr. The Cross street I believe is Jordan Blass Dr. The manager Robert Haddix told me he was having the same issue. Then he told me that if I could wait 3 min he had figured out the problem and fixed it, which he did. This manager needs to be recognized for his work ethic and devotion to his store and making 100% sure his customers are happy. I had to write this because of how impressed I was with his performance and determination to customer satisfaction. McDonald's corporate or the store owner needs to be made aware of how great of a manager they have and I would've tried to steal him for our business but that's not right. Anyhow, Mr Haddix did so amazingly well with his professionalism and willingness to help, it had to be documented for his DM and or higher ups to know just how good of a manager they have.
