McDonald's in Melbourne

“As good as it gets!
This McDonald's is the template for which all others should be judged! Clean, friendly atmosphere, and attentive staff even considering the constant stream of customers. I'm not a needy diner, rather, I saw the staff attend to a disabled person in their lobby, as if it was a parent of theirs. Very impressive!“

“Had an issue with my drive through order, walked in and the manager caught me before I got inside. He started to fix the issue I had as soon as he heard what was incorrect. Didn’t even take me 5 minutes to have my problem resolved and be on my way. Great service“

“After wasting time at the last mcdonalds, I cancelled my order and went to this one. The attendant was really friendly and quick with my order and I got my food within 5 min. The babcock location took forever to just tell me they don't have any of my food to give me. I'm never going back to that one again, their food tastes old and nasty most of the time anyways.“

“I went to the McDonald's I go to almost every morning and they told me that they were having Technical difficulties which happens, but they couldn't help me. So I went to the next closest one at 6420 N. Wickham Dr. The Cross street I believe is Jordan Blass Dr. The manager Robert Haddix told me he was having the same issue. Then he told me that if I could wait 3 min he had figured out the problem and fixed it, which he did. This manager needs to be recognized for his work ethic and devotion to his store and making 100% sure his customers are happy. I had to write this because of how impressed I was with his performance and determination to customer satisfaction. McDonald's corporate or the store owner needs to be made aware of how great of a manager they have and I would've tried to steal him for our business but that's not right. Anyhow, Mr Haddix did so amazingly well with his professionalism and willingness to help, it had to be documented for his DM and or higher ups to know just how good of a manager they have. “I used the drive through usually. I've been going almost ever Monday for the past two months. The girls in the Drive through are superb. Great attitude and customer service, very competent, accurate with the order, no attitudes.

Ladies, you are doing a great job. I come around 5:30pm usually, so whichever staff is working those shifts. You rock. Don't stop being awesome. Great customer service is hard to come by. It's really refreshing to see especially young people bringing their A game.

Again kudos to you. I can't wait to swing by again for my icesream and apple pie and maybe nuggets and ranch.“

“Pretty dependable spot when you just want something quick. Drive-thru usually moves fast, orders come out hot, and the staff keeps things moving even during busy hours. The place is clean, easy to get in and out of, and it’s convenient for late-night or early-morning stops. Nothing fancy, just consistent and reliable.“

“Most of the employees are nice and attentive. But the real reason i’m writing this review is to rave about the hashbrowns. I’ve gone to a few other McDonald’s locations and have not had one that is even close to this location. Keep it up ??“
