Great vibe, food and service
Additional charges are added to the price of your food like 20 % for service, and an other percentage, maybe a city special fee. An other surprise : they make you pay for tap water served in bottles (10$ or so per bottle). Water is free in most restaurants in the world I would say (except for water in sealed bottles). So charging for something that anybody expect to be free is not really fair. It's like charging for the table or the chair or the clean up after you leave.
