We walked along the Boardwalk to the Paradise Cafe for breakfast. The coffee machine was broken so we couldn’t order espresso coffee We ordered eggs over easy - nice enough but the potatoes had been around for a while and weren’t nice at all The waitress tried to satisfy us but couldn’t perform miracles Maybe the buffet is ok if staying at the Holiday Inn
Food was meh for the price. Coffee was burnt, the creamer was curdled, and the yogurt fridge was room temperature - not sure it was safe to eat.Automatic 20% gratuity for a breakfast buffet felt excessive as well.

We had several meals here during our 2 day stay. The prices seem a little higher than we're used to paying,( like $8 for a beer) but it is Miami Beach, and everything is more here. The portions were large enough for leftovers, and everything was good. They are attached to the hotel, so you can charge everything to your room if you're a guest.
