Their is not enough words to explain on how good this restaurant is from start to finish. Left feeling like I had dined and tasted the best food I have eaten. Being a fellow chef and restaurant owner all I can say is wow! The Hamachi should be a regular item. Hands down best dish and beautifully composed! Outstanding !
The food and delivery is definitely one star Michelin quality. The tasting menu is a delight. I appreciate it that they let my friend and I split the wine pairing. An absolute must if you’re looking for fine dining in Miami.

The reasons we chose the bar, because dinner’s course menu doesn’t allow substitutions, and my wife is GF!
Don’t know how difficult it is to find the substitution for GF items in the menu… majority of the other Michelin star restaurants (Atelier) found a way to do it.
