“Carolina Ale House in Weston has become the go-to spot for Saturday night fight nights for myself, my friends, and my work associates. Over the past few years, they have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate our group, no matter how busy or hectic fight nights get. Shannon and Jacob are absolute standouts — and even on nights when they aren’t able to work or directly assist us, they still go well out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of. That level of follow-through and care, even when they’re not personally serving us, truly sets them apart. The management team as a whole does an incredible job ensuring everything runs smoothly, from seating to service to the overall fight-night experience. It’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of consistency, hospitality, and appreciation for repeat guests. “This place was really cool and close to where I was staying. They do not serve food so my food rating was for the drinks lol. The bartender, whose name I cannot remember, was great. It's not Eileen but want to say that's close. Sorry. (I'm sure it'll come to me after I post this LOL). She made a great Paloma and was awesome with communication on how I liked it. The atmosphere was dive bar-ish. There was a pool table in the back. The seating looked like mainly bar seats. The bathrooms looked old but clean. I would definitely go here again when in the area.“

“While visiting Miami me and my significant other wanted to have drinks and chill just like back at home. This was a very nice spot, laid back and we enjoyed the pool tables and the bar tender was really sweet. The owner didn’t make himself stand out he was chilling amongst all the guest interacting as if he was a visiter. Would definitely go back when visiting“

“Great portions more than enough for one person. Flavors were amazing. Ribs and chicken were tender and falling off the bone. Beans and loaded baked potato was mu favorite sides. But all the components fit well and were tasty compliments to the meats. I truly enjoyed the sauces on the meats just enough spice, tang and heat on it all cooked to perfection. Best BBQ I've had since moving to Florida 20 yrs ago. Will surely come back again when in the Miami area. Worth every dollar for sure.“

My boyfriend doesn't like to eat out much, but he does like to drink lol 🤣 and they have a good happy hour after 9pm. My waitress was very attentive and nice.“

“Walked right in for lunch. Food was good! I had the Jalisco Burrito. Good flavor and good portion. Really enjoyed the complimentary chips and 4 different dips. No problem parking, but we were there for lunch on a Wendsday. Server was attentive and nice.“
