“Started off a little shaky. Stood at the bar for about 1 1/2 hours waiting for a table. Asked a waitress if we needed to put our name down and she said yes the hostess seats you. Could not find a hostess so we asked another waitress if we needed to put our name down for a table. She said just seat yourself. The place is packed. A very nice family saw us and said we could have the table after they were finished. We sat down and a waitress took our drink order. Then the hostess told us that this table is for another party. I was very upset. But she made up for it and found us another table. We ended having a very good time with another family waiting for a table. We asked them to join us because our table was big enough and they were waiting for a table for over 2 hours. We will see them next year same place same time. Thank you Waxy’s.“

“Great little dive bar! Not short on locals or interesting beach goers. The staff are attentive, the cocktails are decent and the atmosphere is very cozy. The daytime vibe is much different from the night, it's much more bustling at night. This is a great little spot to meet up for a drink with old friends and to make new ones.“
“Tin cup is a perfect little bar/ restaurant with friendly attentive bartenders and servers and good food. Sometimes they have live music and some games. They have lots of good food options, my favorites being the chicken Caesar wrap, quesadillas, nachos, and buffalo chicken salad. They have awesome dinner specials as well. “Stopped in because it's on the AADVANTAGE dining program. Vanessa was my bartender, and she did a great job!!! A margarita, a Washington Apple, and a double tequila with cran, pineapple juice, grenadine, and triple sec; they were GOOD!!! Live music on Fridays and a packed house but not shoulder to shoulder packed. Security was all in my phone thinking I was recording at the bar, but it was on photo mode. Nosey need glasses!!! You can not video the bar, but you can video the live band. Overall it's a nice bar with reasonably priced drinks. Food is available as well with free food after 12am on Fridays. The free food was pretty good, pasta with meatballs and rice. There's a raffle as well $3 for 5 tickets or $5 for 10.“
“I had a nice time here. The mahi-mahi sandwhich was lovely, as were the fries (however frozen arby's fries adjacent they may have been). Our service wasn't great, we had one waiter who was rather creepy and a second waitress with a whole lot of attitude. They did give us cool novelty cups though.“
“This very unique old movie theatre vibe bar is a site to see if visiting the Las Olas strip in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. The inside has many movie theatre type billboards displayed around the top and a very relaxed velvet booth with the Palm Room logo displayed on the wall. The bathroom was clean too.“

“Nice sports bar & billiards room. This is a nice place I feel because most people are regulars and respect one another..! The food is always fresh. I have tried steak sandwiche, chicken wings and shimp and tostones! Very tasty and made pretty quick. What I like mostly about this place is it's combination for bar,/ dance floor/ pool table setup with many TVs for sports. Music is upon request. Mostly Latin music but I have seen then cater to every demographic according to request by customers. They are open till 5am sat and Sunday and continue to serve beers ect to its customers up until closing. Each individual coming into the Place is checked for weapons . Patrons are carded if individuals look underage or in question. I recall this place definitely if you enjoy playing pool and watching sports.“

“Their nachos are a huge amount of food for a relatively low price and their ribs and wings are excellent.On Sunday through Thursday, they have Joe's Meal Deals that give you a drink, a salad, rolls, a potato dish, and a main dish for a decent price. The meal deals and some other specials aren't in the regular menus but are in the small white binder on your table.They also print on your receipt a coupon for their liquor store just south of the restaurant across 95th Street.They have seating inside and outside of the restaurant. If the restaurant is busy, you'll have to wait in the front of the restaurant for a table, though you can join the waiting list while you're on the way there.Parking: Has paid parking on Harding Avenue in front of the restaurant and in the parking lot in the back of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Has a video arcade room.“

“Located in a strip mall with a decent mix of business. It was lunch on a Saturday and wasn't super busy. I had the Shroom and Swiss Burger which was hand pressed burger patty on a nicely grill roll with fries. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My wife had the Greek Salad which was also a very generous portion. It came with a generous amount of Feta Cheese and tomato and olives as well as some Gyro Meat. I also order a Abita Purple Haze and it was only $6.00. Both of our meals were very good and would definitely recommend this place. She took forever to do nearly everything, including her initial greeting of our table.While we were there, we watched other tables get seated (one got seated 5 mins after us and had appetizers when we were just getting drinks), eat, and leave before we got our food! Ridiculous!We were going to leave when our food showed up. It made us 25 mins late for a meeting we had.As for the food, it was great! Fresh fish, very nicely prepared! The Mahi fingers were incredible, fresh, and tasty! “Great place to chill out playing pool. Staff were very inviting and extremely helpful. All tables were taken bar one that had no light over it. The manager quickly installed a light over it so we could play. all the tables in the hall were high standard. we had food which was really good. We have had good service and food, but just curious on why this location is now adding a mandatory 20% gratuity? We tip well for food and service, but like the option to what we pay. “We stopped by today for a couple of reasons. We needed a bottle of Casamigos tequila to take to a party this evening, and we wanted to see the new NBV location of Happy's Lounge and Liquor Store. I have heard for years that Happy's is a fun, casual, old school kind of bar that everyone has been to at least once. It is a neighborhood kind of bar where most of the patrons know each other. It has been around for years.It actually looks comfortable and welcoming inside. I took a few pics. They serve wine, beer, and cocktails. You can also get bar food like a Philly cheesecake that tastes really good. The menu is limited but has enough popular meals to make everyone happy!There is free parking in a large attached lot. They have outdoor dining on the patio. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. There are other businesses around it. We plan to come back and have a Happy's experience.“

Angel certainly is the VIP of the waitstaff, and Will makes sure the VIP runs flawlessly. Hard to compare it to other clubs, as it just stands apart with the music and energy from DJ Platypus.
