Our server set us up with some great wines after learning our preference and even introduced us to wine regions we've never tasted from before. The staff was great and gave us some recommendations for dinner. Water Lion will definitely be a spot that we'll return to when we're back in town!“

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

“I went for the tuna cutting and it was such a fun experience! Our server Lina Was great and super attentive. There was no shortage of tuna you basically get served until you are full. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is elegant, and the service was outstanding. We didn't mention our anniversary in advance, but somehow they remembered us from a year ago and congratulated us—a very special touch! We ordered the Chateaubriand for two and absolutely loved it. The scallop crudo was like nothing I've ever tasted...perfectly cooked scallop with a little kick. The grouper was the star of the show...just perfection. The rice was a pleasant surprise of flavors that took shocked my palate a little but in the best way. Ended the meal with a very delicious rich parfait that wasn't overly sweet. I see why they're Michelin starred and it didn't disappoint, NOT ONE BIT. Space is underwhelming though. Not really romantic or cozy or aesthetically pleasing and very small but the food was without a doubt...PHENOMENAL, and that's all that really matters at the end.“

“Last night I celebrated my birthday at Bouchon Bistro, one of my favorites in the Gables. I've been here countless times for happy hour and dinner, and even celebrated an anniversary here a few years ago, but last night was so very special.

Huge thank you to Natalie for helping organize everything, to our wonderful waitress Wendy, and to the entire team who made the evening feel so easy, warm and magical. The service was outstanding, the food was incredible as always, and the whole space has that perfect elegant but laid-back vibe.
