Plates arrive before you remember ordering. Drinks get refilled the moment you take the last sip. It’s like they’re watching… even when you can’t see them. At one point, I caught my reflection in the glass—except it didn’t move exactly when I did. Just a second off. Enough to notice. Not enough to explain. And the food? Perfect. “if you're looking for a michelin starred place look elsewhere, if you're hungry and you just want some basic chinese food like you remember at a decent price, this is your spot. the people are very nice and i asked for a variation on the order(ordered online) they called and confirmed to make sure i got what i wanted. the egg rolls are good even reheated the next day (a plus in my book) . i had curried special lo mein combo and pork egg foo young combo plus an extra egg roll for less $50. i considered it a win“

“What a great find! Located inside an empty shopping center, this colorful order-at-the-counter Asian restaurant is so fun! We got two sakes, miso soup, egg drop soup, and sesame ginger chicken and tofu with the kitsune fried rice. The waitstaff was incredibly helpful and friendly!“

The food is seasoned well, but would be so much better if they weren't so spicy. The Ground Beef Spaghetti is so spicy that it's inedible... sucks because it would've been good. The Fried Fish Dinner was spicy too but I was able to finish it with 3 bottles of water. The Boulet dinner had a little kick to it where it was tolerable. The Chicken Wings With Fries were okay.“

“La Estrella feels very familiar, at least the atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff and most of all the food. It’s almost ripped out of el barrio chino in Cuba, truly nostalgic. They prefer cash payments, as tip for anyone who is looking at the reviews. “Been ordering here for years, best fried rice in Miami. It’s actual rice fried, not uncle Ben rice, or rice thats just yellow. All the dishes are delicious. Definitely order the fried rice and the honey garlic chicken with the honey on the side, you won’t regret it.“

“Had a great experience at Dumpling King yesterday night february 01, 2024 for my birthday is the 3rd time i been there with my husband.The food and dumplings were great along with a bubble tea drink, but most of all the young new waitress that was there i never saw her before, was the best so kind and helped me in everything she is really fast i loved that i want her to serve me next time , it was full of people and she manage with everyone alone in a beautiful manner and respect and nice smile. thats the attitude we want in a restaurant. the other the cashier a bald one it was ok but he needs more nice attitude . “I came to this restaurant due to the hype on social media because of their authentic food. I decided to come and try it with a friend and it did not disappoint.

As soon as you’re seated, you get offered hot tea and water. The hot tea is good. The waiter provided some great suggestions. The only thing is that we did have to request the chow mein noodles, when it was offered to the other tables.

To eat, I tried the fried shrimp taro cake, fried crab rangoon, pan fried pork dumplings and special lomein. The fried shrimp taro cake was the best thing I’ve tried that day. It was delicious and I could eat this all day, everyday. The fried crab rangoon was also delicious and I will definitely order it again. The pork dumplings were tasty too. The special lomein had pork, chicken and shrimp and it was very good. It also came with white rice, which was had no seasoning, but that was expected. The special lomein is definitely a shareable dish.

Overall, the service was good and the food was very tasty. I was also very surprised how affordable it was. This is definitely a place I would return when I’m craving Chinese food.“

Food was very good, portions were good and price is good to and it came with choice of soda , my bill was 9.58 including taxes and I attached pictures of my meal , menu , and inside of take out place . “This spot has been around for so many years and I started trying their foods some months ago, what a delightful experience to taste some good ol' tasty Chinese food made in this area. From their Special Fried Rice to their wings and Shrimo Lo-Mein all get a 10 out of 5. It is a nice place to order N take home because it doesn't have tables only chaira to sit N wait if you order when you get there, but if you order ahead then by the time you arrive the food is ready.
