“The chefs special sashimi was so fresh. Texture was very delicate and melted in the mouth. The toro hand roll was filled with delicious fatty tuna and had the right amount of bite. Loved seeing the two talented sushi masters upfront working their craft, precisely cutting the fish, into vibrant work of arts.

Service was wonderful too would come again! The handroll was so good I ordered an additional toro and salmon roll.“

“I've been meaning to try Sushi Corner after reading many reviews about how tasty and affordable this restaurant is, finding all these reviews to be completely true! This hole in the wall gem of West Kendall is well worth your time to try! I came in with my boyfriend last night to their small no frills location and was immediately greeted by our server who was very attentive throughout our whole meal. It's true that they do serve everything using plastic ware which to me doesn't matter at all. I care about the quality of food and the food is definitely top notch! My boyfriend and I decided to order various menu items to share. I started with a hot bowl of Miso Soup $2 which was good; loved the portion which I felt was more than most places. Next we had the Rainbow Roll $10 (California roll topped w/various fish) which was glaringly fresh and came out beautifully. The Sexy Roll $10 (fish tempura, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, rolled w/soy paper, tempura flakes, eel sauce, spicy mayo) was by far my favorite just because of all the incredible flavors in it. The Florida Roll $9 (spicy conch, cucumber, masago) definitely surprised me with its spice level and amount of conch within it. Lastly, we ordered the Sushi Corner Fried Rice $8 (chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and masago) which ultimately surprised me in portion and tastiness. The fried rice isn't over done with soy sauce so it remains tasting light though its also savory because of a smoky flavor. So tasty! Can't wait to try your other roles and highly recommend to anyone in the area as I think they also deliver!“

“Stunning restaurant in Brickell Restaurant. My husband and I love good food and the sexy fish did not disappoint. A little too crowded for my liking but that’s just a preference thing. The atmosphere was very upbeat and presentation of each meal was perfect. 10/10 recommend. If you’re looking for a luxurious Asian experience then this is it! “Great Hibachi Find in Kendall, Miami Dade. Delicious hibachi and abundant portions at an affordable price which was $24.

We ordered two plates of steaks and shrimps. They came with mushroom soup, salad, house ginger and carrots dressing.

The steaks were tender and the portions were large. The shrimps were 6 large and juicy pieces. The yum yum sauce was delicious.

The restaurant is located in a shopping center off of Kendall Drive with Plenty of free parking spaces.

The restaurant was clean and cozy. The decor was simple but well balanced. The staff were friendly and polite.

We enjoyed the food extremely and we plan to return with the rest of our large family. I highly recommend it to family and friends.“

I walked into a very petite intimate restaurant with only. 11 seats. The experience from start to finish was extraordinary. As a New Yorker, who is also in the hospitality business, I have high standards especially around sushi and Japanese cuisine. The food, wine and sake pairings and attention to detail were outstanding. Each course was better than the next. We met the sushi chef, the culinary chef and the owner. They were so lovely and made our experience so special. I look forward to my next visit.“

“This has not been my first time dining at sushi Maki in Dadeland. I actually go quite often and take my parents with me. Today is my parents 58th wedding anniversary and they both wanted to go to sushi maki to celebrate for lunch. As always we were greeted with friendly hand waves. Leo was our waiter and gave us the incredible service that we are used to. We told him we were there to celebrate my parents anniversary and at the end of our meal he brought out an assortment of dessert treats on the house.
