“Love it ,foods good ,it's clean for fried food .Parking: 4 curbside , 2 handicapped spots , and 11 normal parking spots and a dead end parking lot , one entrance in and out at the same spot and The drive thru is also at the same in and out area ,so if there's people in the drive thru you can't get in or out , so you have to roll the dice if the drive thru line is long , but rest easy it's in a shopping plaza area so you can park and just walk over if need be“
“The 5-Stars is because this is the single BEST firehouse sub store i've ever been to. It is managed VERY WELL and has awesome employees. Firehouse corporate should check this store out to see how it should be done. “For a busy Friday night, this Pizza Hut in Havana and it's staff were great! Recommended to check out the deals online before ordering, which we did. They had a special going on for 2 med specialty or up to 5 topping for 9.99, so we each got what we wanted - which never happens for 20 bucks! Pizzas were very well made - tasty and hot. Plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow.They even told us welcome to the Havana community. Thank you very much and we'll be back!“
“Five Stars? For a gas station and convenience store? Off I-10? Really? Yes, really. Based upon my 30-minute visit (yeah, didn't stay long, but it IS a roadside gas station and convenience store), Pilot Travel Center in Midway earned its Five Stars. I found it well designed (I am into separation of traffic), working fuel pumps, clean and picked-up grounds, a neat, well-stocked and good variety of merchandise, clean restrooms, and an appetizing Subway where the Sandwich Artists really hustled. It is a busy roadside location, with thousands of people racing in and out all day long, and for all the chaos that entails, the fully-masked Staff were polite, friendly, engaged, fast, and doing their jobs. My visit was ... frictionless. I gassed up, visited the restroom, got my 64-ouncer, enjoyed my Subway foot-long, purchased my Reese's and Snickers for the road, and back to my job (road tripping), quickly and efficiently, because the Pilot Staff did their jobs. I really appreciate that, and I applaud the hard working employees and managers of the Pilot Travel Center in Midway who made it happen. Five Stars ... no, y'all earned Ten Stars!“
