“I was in a huge hurry and was able to make it to my destination on time! Luckily, LeTroy was able to command the drive thru and communicate to his team (speeding up my order) all the while keeping his cool, being polite and respectful. I assumed he was the manager, but he said he was not. He should get an opportunity somewhere in the company sooner than later. As a manager myself for many years, I know a good work ethic when I see one.
