About Sandcastles Restaurant & Lounge

Sandcastles Restaurant & Lounge offers a breakfast buffet with warm food priced at around $34 and a continental option for about $23. The resort's buffet food was described as disappointing, similar to what one might find at a Hampton Inn. However, the option for made-to-order omelets was appreciated. Although individual menu items were pricey, the overall experience was deemed lacking in value for the price. On a more positive note, the hotel restaurant pleasantly surprised guests with reasonably priced and delicious food. The Lounge bar, in particular, stood out for its excellent service from bartender Coley, who impressed customers with custom off-menu drinks tailored to their preferences. The decor is upscale, matching higher-priced restaurants, but some dishes, like the chicken with frozen diced chicken added for $10, were considered overpriced and not very good. Service can be slow, but the food is good when it arrives, and ordering from the adjacent sushi restaurant is recommended for faster, better options. Guests enjoyed dishes like chicken schnitzel and snapper, though some found the crispy potato cake not very crispy as advertised. The to-go pizzas are convenient, and parking is plentiful. Overall, the restaurant provides a decent experience with some highlights in food quality and service.

We had excellent service and the food was delicious. The chicken wings were perfectly done and my wife had the Sandcastle’s house salad which was also excellent.

The workers were really nice, the food is decently good, but the kitchen was slow

Most disappointing Easter brunch I have had. $100 a person. More than happy to pay if great. But food was dry, selections minimal, service poor. Will never be back and dont recommend to anyone.
