“I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days. By the time I walked in, they already had the order and had started preparing it. I grabbed my cups, sat down, and within nine minutes my food was ready.

“I came to the restaurant about 9pm tonight I ordered chicken strips. Got up to the window was greeted promptly and told my food would be out in a minute. Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over. “I went to Culver's the other day. My boyfriend had never been. I purchased the Cod dinner and he stuck with his usual burger. He said it was delicious. The portion I received was just right and it was delicious as well. All of the staff were working hard; However, they were all smiling. You can't help but see how well stocked the condiment station is. The drink station has a lot of selections and is also clean. Workers were busy taking plates of food out to customers, as well as cleaning as they went. You can tell everyone took pride in their work and their store. My boyfriend had never been to Culver's before. He loved his burger. I gave him some of my cod and coleslaw. Which he loved. Well, about a week later, he insisted on going back. Guess what he got.....Cod dinner. One caution is....Save Room for Desert!!!“

The wrap was nasty. I couldn't even eat mine. However, my husband's roast beef sandwich was okay. The cashier was rude, like we were a bother to her. Not sure if we'll return to this store again.“

“We went for dinner on a Saturday night and we were the only people intially. Food was pretty good and made fresh. The shrimp tacos were something new we tried and we absolutely delicious! I like they have chicken tenders and fries and pretty good chicken for our daughter who is not on the Taco train. So its a good place to take your family. Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

“I went there today and food was fresh they even warned me of it being hot but that was the beginning my son had tossed his rubber ducky out of the playground and he was gonna learn a lesson on taking care of toys. The 3-4 ladies up front took it upon themselves and rescued super ducky and changed his whole night and he went from sad to silly. My son loves this play and the service is always great.
