While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“I came to the restaurant about 9pm tonight I ordered chicken strips. Got up to the window was greeted promptly and told my food would be out in a minute. Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over. “I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days. “Great experience from start to finish. I heard about the BOGO burger promotion running March 9–12, so I downloaded the app and placed my order while still outside the restaurant. By the time I walked in, they already had the order and had started preparing it. I grabbed my cups, sat down, and within nine minutes my food was ready.

The portion I received was just right and it was delicious as well. All of the staff were working hard; However, they were all smiling. You can't help but see how well stocked the condiment station is. The drink station has a lot of selections and is also clean. Workers were busy taking plates of food out to customers, as well as cleaning as they went. You can tell everyone took pride in their work and their store. Guess what he got.....Cod dinner. One caution is....Save Room for Desert!!!“

“I went there today and food was fresh they even warned me of it being hot but that was the beginning my son had tossed his rubber ducky out of the playground and he was gonna learn a lesson on taking care of toys. The 3-4 ladies up front took it upon themselves and rescued super ducky and changed his whole night and he went from sad to silly. My son loves this play and the service is always great. “It was a Friday night and they were very well staffed. Everyone that I interacted with was super nice and kept giving me updates because when you order an impossible burger it takes a bit. It was still fast and it was super delicious! I was really impressed with how nice everyone was.👏🏼

“Honestly, this Wendy’s pleasantly surprised us! We were welcomed warmly, the bathrooms were spotless, the dining area was very clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Even when the restaurant wasn’t busy, they stayed on top of keeping everything clean.

We really enjoyed the burgers and fries, and it was a nice stop during our trip through the small town of Port Charlotte. I originally just wanted to buy a Kids’ Meal to get the Minions toy, but I never expected such a great experience.
