“This Dunkin Donut is the best location in Naples. Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. The drinks are always made well. Also, they actually have fresh donuts at this one since it’s made next door at their old DD location. Sometimes the donuts are so fresh it melts in your mouth.“

“We came through for our “usual” this morning. We have lived/traveled all over the US and get the same question every time we order our iced vanilla latte with almond milk, add creamer. (Are you sure?) This young man delivered exactly as we asked (it was plenty sweet) and he was fast and efficient. Another great Dunkin experience!“

I go to this location otw to work instead of the one next to my job because it's always a much better experience. Food and coffee is always fresh, and service is quick and friendly. “The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The service was quick and friendly. And they have outside seating with umbrellas for a cute spot to enjoy your breakfast on your door calm days. I ordered a French vanilla latte and it's was delicious. Not too sweet it milky. It had the perfect amount of portions.“

“It was the day after Milton passed and we needed to get something for our team that stayed overnight.. We searched the area and nothing was open, we were heading back, alas, they were running on generator power. We got 6 dozen donuts and munchkins. It was a hit for the staff, thinking nothing was open. Thank you all for working in less than optimal times and making others smile!“

They make my coffee perfectly i love that they already know who I am based off the way i order in Drive-through they pay very good attention to detail, yes they can be very busy at times but being in a very busy area especially early morning when everyone is on their way to work and school drop offs but keep that in mind before writing a nasty review about a location that is doing the best they can during very busy times, before writing bad review give them another try during different time, i have gone during various different times as I live in the area And I can attest to the fact that they have great customer service when they are not being rushed to accommodate everyone inside store and in the drive-through line one of the managers Alexandra is Phenomenal she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a smile on their face. “The five star service is for the morning crew. The people who bust their asses and wake up at the crack of dawn before the sun comes up as for the second shift of the day. I never will go here and get anything. The coffee is always old coffee grounds, always in the bottom of my coffee bacon always slimy and undercooked And when you say something about it, the manager, you know the one with the pixie cut and the small nose ring she looks at you like there's nothing she can do about it. The bacon supposed to come undercooked the coffee supposed to come old and made from yesterday stop playing.“

“Unfortunately I didn't check my change right away, as I got my kids with me and was distracted, so I lost a lot of money. I can tell the staff there is definitely stressed out as there are only 3 people (1 in the kitchen, 1 at the drive through, 1 cashier), but a lot of customers (mostly students). Anyway the coffee was excellent and the donuts were tasty“
