“Hands down best Dunkin in Naples. The staff is exceptional here. They are consistently polite and do a great job. This is what you wish all drive thru's were like. I go to this location otw to work instead of the one next to my job because it's always a much better experience. Food and coffee is always fresh, and service is quick and friendly. Kudos to the manager and whoever does the hiring. Great job to the employees, I hope you get compensated fairly for your efforts.“

“It was the day after Milton passed and we needed to get something for our team that stayed overnight.. We searched the area and nothing was open, we were heading back, alas, they were running on generator power. We got 6 dozen donuts and munchkins. It was a hit for the staff, thinking nothing was open. Thank you all for working in less than optimal times and making others smile!“

They make my coffee perfectly i love that they already know who I am based off the way i order in Drive-through they pay very good attention to detail, yes they can be very busy at times but being in a very busy area especially early morning when everyone is on their way to work and school drop offs but keep that in mind before writing a nasty review about a location that is doing the best they can during very busy times, before writing bad review give them another try during different time, i have gone during various different times as I live in the area And I can attest to the fact that they have great customer service when they are not being rushed to accommodate everyone inside store and in the drive-through line one of the managers Alexandra is Phenomenal she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a smile on their face. She always wears a beautiful smile on her face, Every time my family and I go while she’s on shift, she always make sure to come wave hello to my children and Give us one of her beautiful smiles. “I have been going to Dunkin donuts almost every other day for either my family or people at my work and I have never once walked in and not waited. I walked in and ordered my food and the second that I was done picking out the donuts my sandwiches were done I have never had that experience at a Dunkin donuts place. You can definitely tell that they work real hard. Every time I come here I don't think I've ever waited more than a minute or two. You guys have great crew and great management.“
“Unfortunately I didn't check my change right away, as I got my kids with me and was distracted, so I lost a lot of money. I can tell the staff there is definitely stressed out as there are only 3 people (1 in the kitchen, 1 at the drive through, 1 cashier), but a lot of customers (mostly students). Anyway the coffee was excellent and the donuts were tasty“
