“Food is not usually the most accurate, and the service is slow and overall kinda just depressing for how staffed they always are. I mean, real, becuse it is a McDonald's, but pick one or the other, if my orders where accurate then would be all that bothered. Overall, food is still better than most McDonald's, enough business too keep it fresh I guess.“
“Store manager at my local McDonald's was very gassy last time I visited. He did several poot toots near us as we ate. If I wasn't married I would have asked him out right there. His flatulence made my whole evening! I thought about it all day in the shower and in bed next to my wife. I recommend McDonalds hire more store managers with bowel issues. “Awesome staff. And myself, I've always loved McDonald's and the flavor from even the worst of sandwiches is fantastic. The way the store is ergonomically made to cater to all sorts of minds is cool too. Plus free wifi is always a plus. That actually works!“
“Let me tell you I came at 9 o’clock at night. The Dreadhead guy with the glasses is so sweet. He has great customer service skills. And the girl at the front window was so nice as well. The food was great and hot thank you guys. It was great. This is a great location.“
“This location had multipe kiosks for ordering and only 1 cashier. The line inside was very short and we received our breakfast very quickly. Line outside for the drive through was much longer.
Parking: Drive through line could block some of the spots; parking lot was not efficiently designed“

Always attentive and making sure to provide the best experience possible! She deserves a raise if she hasn't received one already. The joint was clean and tidy. “The place is bigger on the inside than you assume at first. The only thing I would suggest better would be to add more of the plastic numbers that indicate which table you are sitting at. There are only a couple that are available when ordering at the kiosk.“
“Everything was greaat as usual except this particular McDonald's at 15291 Collier Blvd in North Naples Florida does not put very much salt (aka Sodium Chloride) on their fries. So get salt at least 1 or 2 packets salt (Sodium Chloride)“
“If there were a Hall of Fame for McDonald’s employees, Lance on Davis Blvd would be inducted on Day One. Seriously — this man is the heartbeat of that location. Every single time I walk in or pull through, he’s upbeat, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in his job, and it shows in every interaction.
He remembers faces, he delivers service with actual joy (rare these days!), and he somehow manages to make even a quick coffee stop feel like a bright spot in my day. The drive-thru is smoother when he’s there. The energy is better when he’s there. Honestly, the entire place runs on “Lance Mode.”
McDonald’s needs to clone him. Promote him. Protect him at all costs. He is, hands down, the best employee I’ve ever encountered at ANY McDonald’s — and I’ve been to plenty.
Five stars isn’t enough. Lance deserves a constellation.“
