“Exceptional Experience at The Grill From start to finish, our evening at The Grill at The Ritz-Carlton was outstanding. The atmosphere was refined and intimate, perfect for a special occasion or a quiet luxury night out. Service was impeccable—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The food was phenomenal. We began with a refreshing shrimp cocktail and scallops, followed by a perfectly cooked dry-aged prime ribeye, complemented by a variety of rich sauces. The sides, especially the steak fries and Brussels sprouts, were decadent and memorable. The server recommended the wine, which was exquisite. Two servers, one of whom ensured our dishes were removed and also cleared the crumbs from our table. I felt like royalty. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. The hostess was incredible. When we told her we were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. She seated us at the best seat in the restaurant, right by the fireplace and the piano. Every moment felt thoughtful and elevated. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to savor top-tier cuisine and enjoy five-star service. We'll absolutely be returning.“

“We had 8 people in our party which included 1 young child our waitress was very kind and understanding, she could not have been more perfect for us. We had calamari stuffed mushrooms and saganaki cheese all superior appetizers. From the Prime Rib, seafood and pastas one dish was better than the other so highly recommend this wonderful dining experience.“

“Two of us have been enjoying the Shula's HH in Naples for many years once a month. This week we visited only to find out they no longer offer their ceasar salad with grilled chicken. I must say it was the best Ceasar salad in Naples. UNFORTUNATELY they have completely removed the salad from their Happy Hour and no longer Offer It!! “My husband and I are Welsh and celebrating part of our 50th wedding anniversary in Naples Fl. This evening we ate at the Outback at 4910 Tamiami Trail N. There was a problem with my meal which resulted in the manager Mark Davis addressing it personally. He was professional, empathetic and friendly . He resolved the problem with little fuss . We were very impressed with this gentleman and his attitude and actions led us to see him as an excellent ambassador for Outback . Thank you Mark , an absolute pleasure meeting you and your staff who are not only pleasant but have the right welcoming behaviour that was an absolute treat . Ps , we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and delicious dessert .“
