“Great lunch at Kareem’s today. Our waitress (Bosay (?)), was beautiful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The garlic sauce is amazing as was the bread and all the entrees. We shared 3 entrees and hummus between 4 adults and had plenty to bring home for later. Definitely will be back.“

“I don't understand why this restaurant wasn't packed! The food was fantastic, the service attentive, and the place was very nicely decorated. Even the bathrooms were very clean. The price is incredible too. Absolutely dirt cheap for very good real food. All farm to table and scratch made.

“We were in town visiting family looking for some good pizza. This place was great, pizza was REALLY good. Waiter brought me a beer, almost said gracias but realized I was in an Italian joint and said grattzi, he quickly responded prego, made my night. Highly recommend it.“

“My google review partner, my mother in law, was chomping at the bit to take me to L’Appetitos so I had to let her treat me. Lol.

We were joined by another neighbor who had been to this place many times before so I know it must be good.
Great atmosphere. You can see them make the pizza right across the counter, the dessert display is so enticing and it had a nice vibe.

My two table mates ordered pizzas and I had the chicken parm. My Mil is picky about her pizza and asked about 10 times to make sure her pizza is well done and thin thin thin thin thing that crust. Well ahead was not disappointed by the flavor/taste as well as the way they made it for her. Super thin and well done she could not stop raving. As for our neighbor who joined us, she had the same review— delicious. They must have thought I wanted my chicken parm thin too because it was a nice sized thin piece. Now seeing it at first I was worried the thin pieces would be dry… Definitely NOT! It was delicious and so moist. The sauce was good and they gave me enough angel hair pasta to feed an army.

Our waiter was Emre, and he was remarkable. He walked us through the menu, made sure we were comfortable and was quick to offer alternatives if we weren’t 100% satisfied - which we definitely were. “This is our favorite “special occasion” restaurant. The food is easily some of the best I’ve ever had, the problem is, it’s so good that it makes it hard to try other dishes on the menu. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for an upscale dining experience with the most flavorful, perfectly cooked comfort food. And always save room for the jewel cake.“

I am not really that familiar with Indian food, but I’ll tell you the food that that they serve was so good and it was a wonderful experience for my family. “I love the place, but the Sarasota Location needs faster bartenders. In addition, they need a place for guest waiting for a table to order a drink at the bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table, got to the table and waited 30 to 40 minutes for our mixed drink. We received our food in about 20 minutes, which was great. Jonathan the server was very apologetic. I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!“

“Host/Hostess staff could have been friendlier and a little more welcoming. The wait staff is bar none the best though. Shout out to Josh (our guy last night). Josh went above and beyond to be sure we loved our food/drink and checked back just the right amount of times, with absolutely no rush. I could see the other wait staff was very friendly as well. The parmesan encrusted snapper was absolutely delicious and so was the French Dip my husband had. I would highly recommend reservations here though, even if you don't believe it will be crowded.“
