While I was waiting for a table to become available, the manager came over and asked if I would like a couple of portable chairs until one opened up. I gladly accepted, and it allowed us to watch the game right away. By the time a table became available, we were already comfortable where we were, so we decided to stay in the chairs until the game ended. I’ve been coming to this place for 8 years, and I’ve never left disappointed. The service is excellent, the food is great, and the staff is always attentive and makes you feel welcome. It’s a zoo, not a five-star resort. Honestly, the food’s pretty decent and exactly what you’d expect. Yeah, it’s overpriced, but so is literally anything at a theme park or concert. And honestly, the food hits the spot when you’ve been walking around all day.

If you can drop $15 on a beer at a game, you can handle a slightly pricey burger here. At least your money’s helping take care of the animals. You’re feeding yourself and supporting a good cause; that’s a win-win in my book. 🦁“

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. I expected it to be more expensive, but it was actually quite affordable, especially compared with places like LongHorn Steakhouse and Outback Steakhouse. The quality may be slightly different, but for the price and overall experience, I think it’s a great place to spend an hour relaxing, having a drink, and enjoying a meal.

“We came here for lunch and we sat in the Mexican side but we were able to order from both menus.

It wasn’t busy so we were told to sit anywhere we wanted to. We had a party of 6 and we were also celebrating a birthday and we bought our own cake not knowing what they would provide and they accompanied us with plates and silverware and bought our cake to us on a platter.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the portions were big and the flavors were very good. They also provided an early bird menu with a lot of choices with great prices.

Service was very good and always available and kept our waters full. We asked for separate checks and they were able to provided that for us.

Seating was comfortable and it was an open atmosphere without the feeling of someone right next to you. Bathrooms were clean and parking was easy. This was a great place for lunch and to celebrate a birthday.

Now I must say that the IHOP in Cutler Bay is not the best but it was close to our destination. I'm not really a fan of many of the breakfast items but I do like the pancakes. The waiter Iaisha was very pleasant and attentive to orders. She came frequently to check in on us as well.“
