“I did not have food, but this place being around since 1933 has some history. Even has a spot where Hemingway took a piss. Old liquor bottles, photos, firefighter helmets, bar signs, etc. A must visit for those looking for a dark old-style place to grab a drink. Do NOT modernize as it would ruin the atmosphere. Prices were a bit high, so maybe offer some specials.“

“Our First time at Mezza Luna…. Wow! Amazing Food, great wine list and our server Kasey was fantastic! My wife had the Ciopino which she said was delicious. I had the parardelle which was out of this world! Our Uncle Paul is a regular here, he had the Pizza with Sausage & Mushrooms. Kacey was spot on with the dessert recommendation: Bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce and ice cream! Best I’ve ever had! We will be back!!!! Five Stars!!!!!!“

“Trasca & Company is one of my go-to spots in Ponte Vedra. The pizza is always excellent, and their house-made ranch is so good they bottle it—I pick one up every other week. The cashier, Cleary, always jokes about whether I need a straw with it, and honestly, she’s not wrong. I also love grabbing the to-go tarragon chicken salad and their energy balls both are consistently fresh and tasty.

Sometimes we stick around to eat when they have live music, and I’m always impressed by the one-man bands they bring in. The inside has a fun, casual vibe with board games you can grab for the table, and the Tap Room bar feels clean and beachy. The outside seating is just as nice—laid back and welcoming.

Whether you’re dining in or just grabbing food to go, it’s always fast, friendly, and delicious. Highly recommend stopping by whenever you’re in the area.“

They recently got rid of their board games that they had for customers to play, which is the only (small) negative. Great beer, dog friendly, and they even have a military discount. And you can even spot local politicians / local celebrities in here having a brew occasionally!“

“Relaxing and peaceful views here! When I come here, I only dine outside in the back facing the ocean. Personally, I enjoy coming here during the week (during the week they’re only open Wednesday through Friday 7am to 11am) because it’s typically never crowded and I enjoy the peace and tranquility that come with the amazing views and ocean breeze. The menu items are very good quality and reasonably priced. My only reason for docking a star on my review is because they’re booked quite frequently (usually majority of the restaurant is reserved), service is not the fastest (however, the managing owner Carol is kind and amiable), and on numerous occasions they don’t answer the phone so it’s difficult to plan breakfast or brunch when they don’t answer the phone and on several occasions, I’ve had to be turned away on a empty hungry stomach which isn’t a good feeling. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you have the opportunity. My personal recommendations are the mimosas (get the bottomless jug) and the blue crabomelette.“

“We unfortunately ate here tonight. Me and my family who included two teenagers and two toddlers. When we walked in we were greeted with attitude. We were seated in the corner. As we walked to our table a waitress who wasn’t even our waitress by the way scoffed and rolled her eyes. When we arrived at our table , the table was gross. Our waitress showed up and we were told she was new! My sister had to continually chase someone down for our silverware and napkins etc. Then our food came out unusually fast and sure enough the food was horrible. No one helped our waitress knowing she was new. All we wanted to do was enjoy a family dinner. Our night was ruined by horrible service and disgusting attitudes. We will never eat here again. Get it together Chillies! If u don’t like your job find somewhere else to work! Take pride in your job and restaurant.“

“My wife and I visited today for our anniversary. Everything about this place is top notch! Our server, Ryan, was exceptional and very friendly. There was a good atmosphere and the food is probably the best Indian cuisine that I have ever had. They even went above and beyond and gave us a free desert to celebrate our anniversary . If we are ever back in the Jacksonville area we will make sure to come back! If you live in the area or even hours out of the area, I can assure you that you will enjoy the food! Be warned: portions are generous so make sure you come hungry!“

“Just moved here and joined them. This post has a terrific atmosphere. ATM on premises, Casino games, very cold beer on tap (I had Modelo). They have live music on some nights. Great place to sit at the bar and watch NFL or NCAAF. Good food too.“

We came on a great night 2 for 1 drink special so we tried some holiday drinks ks the Rudolph old fashione with maple syrup and the Mistletoe margarita with cranberry and pomegranate. The old fashion was good and strong with cherries and orange segments. The margarita was refreshing a bit tart in a great way very good. We ordered the Mahi blacked platter with baked potato and creamed corn along with shrimp cocktail and fried green tomatoes. The shrimp was prepared very well and the cocktail sauce chilled and flavorful. The Mahi was fresh and delicious. All the apps and sides were good but wow that creamed corn was specially delicious with a hint of bacon. The atmosphere was lovely clean with holiday music. Nice salad bar and seating areas as well as a nice bar to sit and watch a game. After dinner we sat at the bar and chatted with the owner and other patrons. Overall a really lovely place highly recommend for the charm and sweet service. Everyone was very welcoming.“

“First time trying this restaurant. Was a little nervous about the atmosphere because it looks like it doubles as a nightclub as well (DJ booth, dance floor lights, etc). However, the food was fantastic, and the service was prompt and pleasant. The portion sizes were large and we had lots of leftovers to take home. Prices were also very good for the quality and quantity. We will definitely add this to our list of places to go for Thai. As a side note, the server said that they do have Saturday night after hours events that are hosted by a third party, so that explains the dance floor and DJ booth. 😊“
