“We stopped by for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. We sat out by the pool, it was pretty quiet when we were there (around 9am) and started to pick up as we were leaving. The front and inside of the restaurant were really cool, we liked the vibe. The breakfast potatoes were particularly good! Nice crispy bacon, and the mango was freshly cut. Good quality coffee too.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were mostly just the vegetable omelette, avocado toast, and fruit. But they were really good!“
“I would not call myself a regular but I do visit Lost Boy often and I consider it one of the best bars in town. They are always consistent with their cocktails and always helpful with making recommendations. I do have to give big props to Phil. He really is a top-notch cocktail connoisseur and has amazing skill when creating concoctions. “My first time experience in talavera was great and the restaurant had a nice vibe. Our server Javier was fantastic and the food was delicious. The Guacamole with chicharron was amazing & the tacos were awesome and a nice portion and variety. “Nice sports bar & billiards room. This is a nice place I feel because most people are regulars and respect one another..! The food is always fresh. I have tried steak sandwiche, chicken wings and shimp and tostones! Very tasty and made pretty quick. What I like mostly about this place is it's combination for bar,/ dance floor/ pool table setup with many TVs for sports. Music is upon request. Mostly Latin music but I have seen then cater to every demographic according to request by customers. They are open till 5am sat and Sunday and continue to serve beers ect to its customers up until closing. Each individual coming into the Place is checked for weapons . Patrons are carded if individuals look underage or in question. I recall this place definitely if you enjoy playing pool and watching sports.“

After a few drinks we usually grab some fries and the wings which are THE BEST thing to grab off their menu. The price point of the drinks and the food is not bank breaking which is a big selling point for a dive bar. “Their nachos are a huge amount of food for a relatively low price and their ribs and wings are excellent.On Sunday through Thursday, they have Joe's Meal Deals that give you a drink, a salad, rolls, a potato dish, and a main dish for a decent price. The meal deals and some other specials aren't in the regular menus but are in the small white binder on your table.They also print on your receipt a coupon for their liquor store just south of the restaurant across 95th Street.They have seating inside and outside of the restaurant. If the restaurant is busy, you'll have to wait in the front of the restaurant for a table, though you can join the waiting list while you're on the way there.Parking: Has paid parking on Harding Avenue in front of the restaurant and in the parking lot in the back of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Has a video arcade room.“

Our water Larry was a genuine dude, the drinks he suggested were fantastic and the food was great. You gotta try the smothered fries! They have no business being so good. The mahi mahi sandwich was great (fish maybe a lil dry but seasoned great). The wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. If I ever catch myself in this part of Miami again I'll have to swing on by to old toms!“

“It's Flannigan's so you're not expecting it to be 5 star, but basics are basics. What good is it to bring out a salad or app quickly, slide it on the table and disappear like the wind without noticing you have delivered food without your customers being able to eat it because there are no utensils. So you sit and try to get someone's attention as they fly by and ask for what should have been delivered in the first place. This has opened several times. A one time fluke, hey we all have those moments but several times is indicative of lack of attention. Now about the food. Amazingly delicious whatever you order. This time it was the Texas burger! “Love this place so far. I’ve ordered pick twice and my experience both times were great. I got the jerk pasta which was a bit on the spicy side, but delicious. The flavors stick to your tongue. “Great place to chill out playing pool. Staff were very inviting and extremely helpful. All tables were taken bar one that had no light over it. The manager quickly installed a light over it so we could play. all the tables in the hall were high standard. we had food which was really good. Food comes out in a timely fashion and is delicious! The ambiance is nice, it's half high tops half standard seating with tvs to watch sports. This restaurant is the only one available through Priority Pass on Chase Sapphire Reserve.“
“Got some real rockstar treatment from VIP host Will and DJ Platypus that was not expected and very appreciated. They run a really tight ship here and the staff are incredible. Angel certainly is the VIP of the waitstaff, and Will makes sure the VIP runs flawlessly. Hard to compare it to other clubs, as it just stands apart with the music and energy from DJ Platypus. I have stopped going to other places where they give you less food and charge more (doubled the price ) and and have bad service. “Been to many of the Flannigan's in South Florida, this one has the best kitchen. Consistently well made food and attention to detail. The bar area can get a little loud, which isn't terrible but sometimes can't even hear table conversation. Sometimes crowded so service can struggle, however the staff is great. It was kinda quiet! BUT, the food, as usual, was great. 4 of us split the volcano nachos and that worked just fine. Drinks were tasty and our guest picked some items up from the store. “On our trip to Miami we went to eat at Black Market Bayside which we really liked, it has an excellent location, a very good view of Bayside, attentive and friendly staff, prices within the ranges of the city, the food is very good, both the potatoes , like the picaña cut, the music programming was very good and they have a wide variety of screens to watch sports, the weather is spectacular. Only one detail was that they add a tip to the bill, which should be optional, well they do that in all the restaurants in Miami, but for everything else the stay at the restaurant was good. “We stopped by today for a couple of reasons. We needed a bottle of Casamigos tequila to take to a party this evening, and we wanted to see the new NBV location of Happy's Lounge and Liquor Store. I have heard for years that Happy's is a fun, casual, old school kind of bar that everyone has been to at least once. It is a neighborhood kind of bar where most of the patrons know each other. It has been around for years.It actually looks comfortable and welcoming inside. I took a few pics. They serve wine, beer, and cocktails. You can also get bar food like a Philly cheesecake that tastes really good. The menu is limited but has enough popular meals to make everyone happy!There is free parking in a large attached lot. They have outdoor dining on the patio. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. There are other businesses around it. We plan to come back and have a Happy's experience.“
