Not to mention the daily specials, love the salads super fresh and delish. We have tried a variety of dishes and everything has been really good - try the wings, try everything! “Went today to try this pizza. Ordered the Star Pizza recommended by waitress. Clever star shaped pie with delicious dough and tomato sauce. Could not find the spicy salami or the mozzarella. The ricotta cheese was bland and caused the dough to be soggy. Will not order this again, but do plan to return to try regular pies. Please, please ask wait staff to not clear table while guest is still eating. Place was not busy, no line waiting thus no need to rush .“

As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. “Rarely review. But had the best pasta dish I've ever eaten - rigatoni a la Norma - at this intimate, quiet gem near (but just far enough) from Las Olas. The owner even explained quality ingredients, how to make it at home and report back, though quite sure it won't taste this good. Excellent wines. Try any of their specials (the Norma) but also the lasagna Bolognese - the owners' regional specialty - or the Vongole, pizzas. And desserts - panna cottas and tiramisu. All made fresh 🙏“

“My husband and I went to La Fuga for the first time to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and we loved it! The ambiance is comfortable and classy, and all the staff we encountered was great! We started at the bar with drinks before dinner where we met the bartender, Steven. He was super friendly and helpful, and when we moved to our table, he continued to be our server. One drink Steven suggested was the Clarified Cosmopolitan, and it one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! For food, we started with the grilled octopus and carpaccio with cantaloupe, both scrumptious! Our meals were the oxtail risotto and Mediterranean sea bass, which were also very good. All the food was perfectly seasoned and did not need additional salt, and that rarely happens when we eat out. We finished off our meal with complimentary Prosecco and a chocolate cake on a pretty decorated plate for our anniversary. After dinner, Steven encouraged us to check out the rooftop bar so we could enjoy the view and showed us where to access it. Steven went above and beyond making sure our anniversary dinner was extra special, and he is a big reason we will definitely return!“

In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. He continued to check in and make sure we were ok and had everything we needed and accommodated every single request ❤️ I am incredibly grateful for everything.
