They definitely with the times too because most Haitian restaurants even if you call in advanced they’ll still wait for you to get there to start making it, not L’Auberge! You call, show up 15-20min later and you’re foods ready! Delicious cuisine like Griot, Legume, Haitian Spaghetti & more! You’re greeted with warmth and welcome and feel right at home.“

“Very kind manager and staff, I embarrassingly and accidentally spilt a drink and the manager was extra nice! He gave a new drink entirely. The food was amazing and delicious Cuban food, my friends who are Cuban said was amazing. Tried the ropa vieja, Cuban tamal, and everything was hot and deliciously made. The plaintain chips were sooo good and my friends got some seafood dish. I highly recommend this to anyone who visits or is local! Lots of locals were happy to be there it seems.“

“Some of the best food I’ve had in a while, this food is truly a gift from God. The flavors take you for a unique trip around the garden packed full of fresh, organic, and authentic Caribbean flavors. I loved every single bite and don’t get me started on the sea-moss beverage! Super fresh and invigorating, just as the service. It was a pleasure speaking to Kimmy and Karen and being educated on what I’m putting into my body. Thank you, thank you, thank you! “I love this place! I always have a good time and the food is fresh and delicious! The wait wasn't long. I loved watching the boats of food coming. The server was able to help me as I am allergic to shellfish. She knew all of the dishes and helped me pick those I could eat.“

The pasta dishes we chose were simply outstanding — carefully prepared, perfectly balanced in flavor, and with that ideal texture that shows the kitchen truly knows what it’s doing. The focaccia deserves special mention: probably the best I’ve ever had. Light, fragrant, and absolutely irresistible.
The service was equally impressive. Our server, Santiago, was extremely attentive, kind, and professional, always appearing at the right moment without ever being intrusive. He truly made our evening even more enjoyable.
Amarone exceeded our expectations in every detail. Without a doubt, it’s a place we will happily return to many times.“

“We wanted traditional Haitian/Caribbean food and this place has it. You know this when everyone in the place (except us) were from the Caribbean. Everything is so good! I had the Mixed Veggies, which is a kind of stew made with meat bones. My husband had the fried chicken. Both come with plantains and rice. We had the black rice, a first to us, and it’s really good.“
