“We have been ordering delivery from this restaurant since we moved into the area in 2018. The food is ALWAYS amazing. They have the BEST Cobb salad around as well the chicken wings. My husband loves the penne pasta with grilled chicken. Maybe we’ve ordered at least 50 times in all these years and have never been disappointed. The staff here always friendly and never have attitude. That’s a rarity in miami these days . Oh did I mention they are affordable !? And offer very reasonable delivery fees. Much better than Door-, Ueats,etc.“

“Had an amazing late lunch at News Cafe. It was just the thing to start off my Miami trip! Had the Chicken Paillard which came in a very generous portion with roasted potatoes and an arugula salad and it was super tasty and fresh. “Luca offered an explosion of flavors. The restaurant is small with outside seating. During the afternoon, the weather is enjoyable. They have outdoor fans. Located in the beautiful Giralda Ave. Coral Gables. The menu is varied and exquisite. For antipasti, we had pattate fritte, tuna caprese, and Stracciatella with black truffle honey. For our main course we had cacio e Pepe and short rib bolognese. Our desert was panna cotta. They also offer a wonderful menu of cocktails. We had 3 different Italian spritzes. My favorite was the Hugo. Everything was 5/5. Worthy trying, make reservations ahead of time!“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“We sat outside for supper, it was a beautiful evening in Miami! We shared the Aristotele salad and the Capricciosa pizza, SO DELICIOUS. Our server was Chantale, she was helpful, knowledgeable and had a good personality. We may come back for lunch tomorrow before we sail away!“

“We hosted our baby shower at this location for about 25 people. Jerry and William were absolutely amazing with our group - from the beginning of our set up to the very end of our event! We brought our own decorations and party favors and they made sure we had everything we needed to bring our vision to light. They truly made the experience so fun for everyone! We especially appreciated how they took great care of our grandmothers and included them in the class even though they are less physically able. We received such great feedback from our guests. The pizza was outstanding, and so many guests couldn't believe they hadn't dined there before! We already loved their pizza, but now we highly recommend their pizza class for your next event!“
