“Went at a time, around 1PM on a Saturday. The line was not long so was served quickly. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I placed my order until it was delivered to me. The servers were courteous and served with a smile. The only draw back that day, I tried ordering on line, but the website was down.“

“The authentic Jamaican breakfast was very tasty. The woman at the counter has an attitude. Only had fruit smoothies and it was below average. No other ingredients available. They just took frozen Walmart fruits and water n blended it could have done that myself for 10 dollars.“

“I went here hearing about it from social media IG. It's located right off the highway the service here was excellent. The food was seasoned well & flavorful. I had the jerk pork with festival and my wife had the combo of chicken pork rice and peas and Mac and cheese and I must portions were beyond generous for the price. “We were visiting Fort Lauderdale and wanted some Jamaican food so I was told that Donna's Caribbean restaurant sells Jamaican food and was quiet please. I purchased the king fish and curry goat dinners and the rest of my guess got Ox tail dinner and stew chicken.“

“The atmosphere takes me back home. The service is impeccable and the food is superb. When you go there, they know who you are and that makes a difference. I have to say it is the best authentic Jamaican food in Broward County and I venture to say South Florida.“

“My family and I love trying new flavors from different places, so we decided to try this little place called: which is located on W. Commercial Blvd. and 441st Street in a large shopping plaza. The place is small, simple, but with an incredible flavor, WOW! We ordered a Brown Stew Chicken which had an incredible flavor, and you can't help but admire the prices😳 They don't even exist in a Chinese restaurant, no wonder there are lines of people buying their food at this place; that's why my husband and I have come to the conclusion: it's useless if the place has spectacular or extraordinary decor, if what will convince you is the flavor of their dishes. We will definitely return! Ahhh, not to mention that the service is very pleasant, the prices incredible, and the food sufficient and delicious. Why aren't these places as well-known? For their humble decor? Don't be fooled by the decor of the establishment or the dishes, focus on the flavor, which is what really counts.“

“I stopped going about a year or two ago due to the drop in the quality of food. I decided to check them out again, because someone said it was under new management. I was greeted, but it could have been better. Upon asking about the food, it was like pulling teeth. Could have explained the menu and help with the options and get me a bit more interested in what they offered. Then, when she started to explain, she was flying through everything and I could barely hear her. The bottom line is, amp up the customer service and be a bit more friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, I purchased the curry chicken, peas n rice, and cabbage. Got home and saw that I had a plate full of rice and cabbage, no plantains(at least 2 small pieces) 1drumstick cut in half, half of a half of thigh and a small bone or two that was chopped up when they cut the chicken. That pissed me off, because $10.42 at least let me get a whole chicken leg quarter, two legs or something, is all I'm saying.“

“This spot is hands-down one of my favorites for Jamaican food in all of North America. The portions are big, just how we like it down here, and everything we tried was packed with flavor. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the genuine, friendly interaction between the staff and customers – no impatience or condescension, just warm and welcoming service. It’s rare to find such a personable atmosphere! The food was, as always, incredible. I had the curried goat, which was perfectly spiced and tender, and the oxtail was rich and flavorful. Both dishes were spot-on! To top it off, we were given a tour of the newly opened, exclusive upstairs dining area (pictures to come!), which looks fantastic. Kudos to the owners for continuously elevating the dining experience here. “Very busy location. Not a long wait, though. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas, curried goat with rice and peas, and stewed peas with white rice. The food was fresh with all the right spices and not too salty. I wish they could have more steamed cabbage throughout the day, then I would give them 5 stars.“
