“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the folks who work here, especially Madison. I'm not really one to ever leave reviews, but I just have to express my gratitude for her kindness over the past week. My father recently died, and I was in town cleaning out my parents' home in preparation for moving my mother, who is also severely unwell, up to a care facility in New England, and coming to this Starbucks early every morning was the one time of day where I felt like I could actually breathe. Madison's genuine warmth was a balm (Alexis too!), and if I lived closer I would come here all the time. Endless thanks!“

“I get out of my car and come in here for my Starbucks to Target over other drive thru locations!!!! . Lucy is amazing and so kind on cashier, she knows you by name and your order ! I was very sad to hear she's leaving. I also love all the young staff there !!!! The blonde w her hair up is amazing ( sorry shes on days and I honestly dont know her name. Very, very nice !!!!!. Drinks always on par. The samples are unique and have me hooked on a few new drinks. They do a great job! Atmosphere is clean and kept neat.
I feel prices are steep but, ok for a nice treat. Great overall impression all around . Great experience always !! There is a young girl who does not fill the cup all the way I will be asking for that corrected in future. Maybe a training issue. Im not the only one per reviews ...“

“I recently visited this Starbucks location and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. “Good place to go good service obviously everything is expensive these days opal is great at her job if there's anyone there I can speak highly of. Getting in and out of there right now kind of sucks because the construction of the Walmart behind it so take that with a grain of salt current date 9/28/25“

“A very clean Starbucks on highway 200 near OTOW. The lady's who tended to us were super nice. Plenty of chairs to set and enjoy your coffee ☕️ and food. Plenty of parking and nice drive thru window. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a relax atmosphere to sit down for a quick coffee“

“I gave a 5 because I go every week on our way to go grocery shopping (trust me on this it'll making shopping better) normally my order is perfection and the folks on drive thru are above and beyond courteous and friendly. Today however was different, I ordered my venti mocha but instead it was hot chocolate made with the mix, great if your 5 but way to sweet, no coffee in it at all. I didn't get to taste it until we were on 441, it was 185 just as requested unfortunately the lid didn't fit the cup so when I picked it up to take a sip the top came off and hot hot chocolate covered both my husband and I and his truck, we were burnt and were a mess. By that point, discovering it was hot chocolate was the icing on a very bad cake. Again, I still rated them a 5 because anyone can make a mistake. This one was just painful and expensive as we now have to shampoo the interior seats and carpet.“

“This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They make my coffee exactly the way I like it, and whenever I go to other Starbucks locations, I think the coffee is terrible and I notice a big difference. I go to this Starbucks almost every week. Besides the baristas being incredibly sweet, I’ve always been treated very well. The best Starbucks ever.“
