“My hubby and I have been to many dining places in The Villages. We have had a few disappointments in some of the establishments but never at City Fire… it’s our “ to go to place” if we don’t know where to go when we visit The Villages. We did have one negative experience with our server but the manager Julie (Andrews, as she says to remember her), took over and turned our negative experience to a positive experience very promptly. The menu is very broad and the food is very tasty, very fresh ingredients which is definitely difficult to get many times.“

“Went to the Honey Baked Ham of Lady Lake here in Florida today to pick up the turkey I ordered. There was a very short wait for Christmas Eve and both cashiers were so pleasant and helpful. A customer ahead of me had a million questions on preparation, and the young lady helping him was very patient, answered all his questions, and reassured him all the directions were on the packages. My cashier asked if I had any questions about preparation and I didn't. we wished each other a Merry Christmas and I was out of there in maybe 10 minutes. Ill be ordering from you for easter!“

Now the wait staff is not friendly with exception of the the bar tenders and host staff, there is white trash present and the service just sucks, I'm quite surprised that the owners of Northern origin would allow this. I just walked out there today because after being seating for nearly 20 minutes I was not even given drinks at this point. frustrating to see this happen to what was once a great friendly environment now turned upside down.“

Different waitress each night, all friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The meal and good service helped getting past some difficult times.“
