“First time coming into this store front. Visually it's got that overall Tijuana Flats feel. The service was okay, our server was very soft spoken but wasn't bad. We waited a bit for our food, but to be fair someone before us had a big order. Once we got our food though, portion size we were highly disappointed. We've been going to Tijuana for over 10 years and never had such a small portion of food, not to mention it was in a to-go box even though we said we would be dining in. So that was very disappointing. Like you use to be able to get nachos and share generously with 2-3 people and this portion barely could feed 1 person. Little chips, little toppings so that was a let down. The food taste though was fantastic as usual. Would I order here again? Maybe. I just don't think it's worth the price anymore. But to each their own!“

“First time going there, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Got the Taco Salad it was great couldn't finish the entire thing so I have left overs. It made me think of how Taco Bell use to make theirs back in the 90s when it was good. On top of that the price was good for what I got definitely better priced than Chipotle and tastes way better!“

“Jersey Mike’s is 10/10 freshness, which is a big deal for me when it comes to deli meats. I se why their motto is “If it ain’t freshly sliced, it ain’t Jersey Mikes!” You also get a delightful, seasoned oil/vinegar blend by default on the sandwich.“

“My nephew has never been to McDonald's before and I took him to get the experience. Unknowingly, I took him during when a high school just let out. The place was insane with energetic high schoolers. However, the star was the employees. Specifically, this one lady, I wish I got her name. But she was the supervisor I believe. The entire team kept their cool and handled the crazy traffic like pros. The supervisor lady was extremely friendly. The icing on the cake is that my nephew ended up loving his first McDonald's experience and he thought the food was tasty.“

“In all honesty, not bad! I was craving some chicken and after having Popeye’s and Chick-fil-A a billion times, I wanted something different. I saw this place on Google Maps and stopped inside Walmart - I got a 4-piece tender combo with red beans and rice, and a biscuit. The red beans and rice were almost identical to Popeye’s…and I really like Popeye’s. No complaints there! The biscuit wasn’t very good - it was soaked in what definitely tasted like margarine, not even real butter. It just tasted way too fake and even though you’re not getting fried chicken to be “healthy”, you could just tell how terrible the biscuit was for you with every bite.

However, the chicken was great. Not quite as good as Popeye’s (which I think is the best in terms of fast food chicken), but better than almost anywhere else. It was warm, juicy, and they gave quite a big portion for the price! I went at 4 pm on a weekday - maybe that was right around the time they made a fresh batch. They do put the chicken out under heaters so if you come at the wrong time, I can understand how some reviews say the chicken might not taste as fresh. I didn’t really like the original sauce that came with it, so I’d probably get something else like honey mustard next time. And I hope in the future they introduce a spicy chicken option! All in all, I wouldn’t drive far out of the way to get to this place, but if you’re already in the area, why not?“
