“Hungry Howie’s is an occasional indulgence I enjoy when in Florida. As I eat low-carb, i was excited to see the No Dough Bowls on the menu. I ordered the Meat Lovers and it was more fantastic than I expected! The sauce has a tiny kick to it that accumulates over time — not overpowering, very flavorful.

I also want to point out the 5-star service I received from David F., who was the sole worker at the location lunchtime on a Thursday. David did an outstanding job of doing one thing at a time and doing it very well, before moving on to his next task. This included keeping me informed of how soon he would be able to take my walk-in order and how quickly my order would be ready — which was much quicker than the initial expectation David set. Nice job.

There is some seating and this was a nice place to sit with my headphones and take a business conference call during my lunch.

Be aware the fountain drink machine does not work, but there is a cash vending machine for drinks and there is a Walgreens in the same shopping center where you can obtain your drink of choice.“

“I looked for an Italian restaurant and Danino’s had a lot of good reviews. It did take a bit of time for service, but that’s because there were 2 servers for the entire restaurant and all the tables were seated at similar times. We also had a reservation for 7:00 pm but showed up 45 minutes early due to being hungry. They accommodated us and didn’t make us wait. It was well worth the wait as all five of us ordered different meals and we were all pleasantly surprised by the taste. All the food was the perfect temperature, seasoned well, and overall a great pick! 10/10 would recommend.“

They made sure our glasses were never empty and checked in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The pasta was al dente, and the meat sauce was rich and savory. It was really enough for two people to share. The food remains fantastic — the best Caesar salad after even all these years of making it the same way, meatballs so tender you'd think you were eating tofu, and carefully cooked (not overcooked mind you) seafoods. “Huge RAVE for La Piccolina - Winter Garden. We went to celebrate my father’s birthday and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, so flavorful and generous portions! On top of our delicious meals the service was excellent! They went above and beyond, surprised my daughter with a fun make her own pizza, which was so fun and a sweet surprise. “So I went to this location for the first time last week. We went after being at a theme park. First I'd like to mention this store is huge, very clean and organized. The host sat us rather quick being be had a big party. The server didn't show up for a few minutes, not too long really, but before it became an issue the floor managers had multiple people at our table to get our orders started. Once our server arrived I could tell her was overwhelmed but not rude. I watched him at his other tables, they were all big groups. Another manager came to check in on us to see if we were ok. There was a highlight to our night. A young lady that helped while she also had her own tables. I can't remember her name but she was very helpful and saw the importance of helping her coworker who was in the weeds. This location has great leadership and it shows through their staff. I highly recommend this location in a busy area of I Drive.“

“Sue and I have not been to this place since they converted to sit-down and order. Finally joining the real restaurant world. We have eaten here about 20 times in the last few years and have always enjoyed the food, but felt strange with the get-your-own-drink aspect of it. Anyways, we are seated at our favorite booth, Perry Como, Elvis, Dean Martin, and Sinatra (the usual suspects) crooning at a comfortable level, with decent speakers. Oscar greeted us and took our drinks order, leaving a couple of rather impressive menus with us. We spent some time looking at the menu, as the format has changed somewhat. I ordered the shrimp marsala on linguine, Sue ordered the same on some other pasta noodle (You choose). After a reasonable interval, our food arrived. 2 huge bowls of deliciousness thick enough that it could have been called a stew. Lrt me tell you, I've been to restaurants that the orders contained little meat, little mushrooms, and a LOT of broth. Not here! These bowls were crammed with a ton of food. Shrimp, portobella mushrooms and pasta that was not overcooked. I gotta tell you, Sue and I dine out a LOT...various venues all over WG/Ocoee/Windermere/Clermont. This was probably the finest meal I ever had. The improvements the restaurant made are A+ Definitely worth dropping a hundy on.“

“The hotel is beautiful, huge, rooms were great, lots of choices on places to eat. HUGE DOWNSIDE…. Parking!!! There was a cheering competition here(no I didn’t know when we booked or we wouldn’t have!) so we had to park about a mile away from the hotel every time we wanted to come and go, even though we have handicap parking they didn’t have any spots only a couple that have been taken since we got here. And don’t forget anything you need. Lol Hubby ran out of cigarettes, ran down to the little market downstairs. $18.00 a pack.“

Throughout our meal, we couldn’t help but overhear her talking about being a stay-at-home mom, her breakup, living with her mother, receiving an allowance, and even details about her father in Tennessee. These are not topics diners should be exposed to while trying to enjoy a meal. By the time I realized the conversation wasn’t ending anytime soon, I asked for my food to be boxed just so I could leave and have some peace. It was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as staff should remain attentive and discreet so guests can enjoy their dining experience without hearing personal stories from the next table.“

“Local Gem We live a 15 minute stroll from Mangoni's Italian Market, but at "feels like" temps hovering around 105°, strolling to lunch hasn't been as attractive ? Sunday, hubby wanted a relaxing lunch with sangria! So, we drove (& charged our EV in the parking garage). We had the entire patio to ourselves, as diners likely expected unbearable heat. Mangoni's pergola and great ceiling fans made patio dining the experience we wanted---even when the afternoon storm blew up from the west, we were protected from rain. We enjoyed our favorite, GF goat cheese pizza, with our sangria. Unlike most places, Mangoni's GF crust is an excellent, thin cauliflower crust. And, it’s not an upcharge. We also enjoyed meeting Georgia, the regional manager, who chatted with us about the social hour (11-6pm weekdays). She made a GF garlicky cheesy Flatbread for us to try--now we have more reason to stroll (or drive) over! Oh, and take away is a frequent option. Really, Mangoni's is a local gem.“

“As a good Brazilian sushi lover from Sao Paulo my expectations are always high. Second time at this place when visiting Orlando and I wish they would open a store in Jacksonville. Visited last Saturday night with my sister and everything was delicious. The hostess is a sweetheart, and the server did an amazing job, very efficient and quick while still being friendly and welcoming, which is rare to find. “We had dinner at Vivo Italian Kitchen while at City Walk and had a great experience! It was busy but not overly crowded. Our server was friendly and helpful with the menu. The service was great, and our entrees were brought to us in a timely manner. I ordered the linguine and clams pasta. It was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. “Tonight was our first time eating here. I love how close by it is to where we live. We split an "Antipasto" salad and ordered a 16" "Mediterranean Chicken" pizza. The place was not busy in-house, but they were dealing with a good number of takeout orders. The pizza and salad came out quickly. The pizza was "oven hot", but eating the salad first allowed it to cool a bit. Excellent pizza... thin crust that had a nice chewy texture without being tough. They told us that the crust is "aged" for 72 hours after being mixed to develop flavor. Toppings were freshly prepared and tasty. Our pizza had a pesto base... really good. Very happy with our meal here... we'll definitely be back!!“

Love the entrance however prefer a more traditional “bar” vs the community tables.. makes it difficult for more than two people to talk comfortably... speaking of which dining chairs are terrible uncomfortable! After valet parking and being warmly greeted by the host and hostess, we were shown our table. Great decor and background music to match. Our server explained all of our options with recommendations. our food was SUPERB. The steak was in the top three, I have ever had. “Went there as we were looking for Salad and Pizza, found this place. I placed an ordered online before 30mins, and when reached there I checked-in to the restaurant at my allocation time, they just grabbed the items from display and gave it to me in 5 mins, probably would have been same if I went there directly as it was not a busy time.
