Specific staff members, like Serena and Lisette, provide exceptional service; Serena made a salad that was perfectly-fresh, well-prepared, and done with care, treating customers like a high-profile customer with an attentive, friendly, and professional attitude. Lisette always gets the drink on point and has an amazing attitude with positive energy, always cleaning and keeping the station organized. However, the location has some issues. The air pump machines outside have been down for almost a month, with both now not working. There are also problems with inventory, as milkshakes are often unavailable because the products needed are not in stock or the machine is down. The app has issues connecting to the pumps for gas rewards, and an email to corporate only returned instructions. Despite the great service from the team, the inventory and equipment problems are extremely disappointing.
