We ventured to JJ’s again. Great choice! I purchased a different sub than before which was equally delicious ?. My Dear Husband and son got their own. Everyone enjoyed their meal! Thanks again!

I love salads over subs. But, this is an excellent exception. We ordered 2 #17’s and a J.J. Gargantuan for Thursdays lunch. A sub shop we’ve slept on. Wow, what an amazing sandwich, no kidding. I had a giant sized sandwich, which I cut in half. My son thought mine was his and ate it. Later on in the day while I was napping he asked Dad about the other sandwich. I woke up thinking of this sandwich lol. I found out I had nothing left. Until the next time.

I waited and watched as the employee did his very best to get all of the 2 go orders and the people waiting taken care of. He was polite and cared about getting all of the orders correct. The girl talk to me to go wait for see the transaction would return the money. and he didn't even ask me for my name how they are going to return the money I am an old person and I pay my orders very bad service“

“Edited: received a call from a manager who explained everything that went on that night and for that reason changed stars to 4. This staff was working hard the entire time and they did have a lot of walk in traffic in fairness…however they gave zero priority to online orders. Every customer that walked in after me (and after online order ready time) got served and were gone before me. Same with other online orders waiting. Shut down online orders or work in order received! Happy to talk with anyone from the store or corporate!“

“I went here to have a quick lunch with some friends, and it was definitely not bad. We did not have to wait too long because we were the only ones waiting in line, so we were able to order pretty quickly. We ate inside the restaurant, and the wait was about 5 minutes until we got our food. The food was alright and was pretty costly per person. I did enjoy it, but it was only okay.“
