“We were a party of four dining towards closing time on a Thursday evening. Best crab dinner, highly recommend the King crab combo! We also ordered calamari, Buffalo wings (huge) and catfish with fries. Everything tasted super fresh, was served hot and the flavors of the sauces were memorable. Gio was super attentive at exactly the right times without being intrusive, super friendly and super careful about every menu item once we told him one of us had a shellfish allergy. The owners were also amazingly friendly and helpful.

“They have a good amount of seafood available. Open later than grocery stores, and are fast at handling. Somewhat pricier than grocery store however higher quality and fresher. They also have a restaurant inside. Pretty nice store. Will be returning.“

Our local Haitian market not to far from the restaurant sells them for a DOLLAR! THERES NO WAY! But I love my Haitian people and support Haitian business but we got to do better in certain areas of morality. This was criminal. I'm not sure if it's because it's also a bar but anyway food was good, I'll just avoid the drinks lol when I visit.“

You might have seen my video on Facebook. After seeing the tornado damage the front of the property, I felt like it was time for me to give them my business. The pork fried rice was flavorful, and the pork was chopped in thin pieces just how I love eating it and service was quick. I could eat that combo every day. It did not disappointment me.“

“I've been going to HoHo Choy since the location on Ehrlich was open. It closed about 20 years ago. Fletcher is the original, and it's still the best.

No one does giant, stretchy, delicious sesame + sweet red bean dimsum like they do. Daikon cakes are perfect. I make rice at home but sometimes... I need their veggie fried rice with extra bean sprouts.

Yeah, the krab rangoon are quite good. They aren't bready or weirdly sweet and cake-like on the outside, the way some places make them. The outside is crisp and folded into squares for a pocket of filling. But that's really low on the list of what I go for.

I know some people don't like how long something takes but the wait is worth it. They run a small restaurant, not a McDonald's. That's why the food comes out so well.

I've never seen many people eating in the dining room. It's open and calm, very basic layout and minimal decor- which to me, means a lot more cleaning. Ick. HoHo Choy keeps it simple. Take-out is made to order. Try something you've never had before! Try the dimsum menu!“
