“My husband and I wanted food trucks for our wedding reception back in April and hired Kickin' Caribbean as one of them. Carrie's truck was an absolute hit! She was so responsive and organized leading up to our event. She even made us a mango wedding cake as a surprise! The food was good, our event planners enjoyed working with her, our wedding guests had positive feedback when they tried her truck, she was on time and seemed genuinely excited to be part of our event. I would definitely recommend her when it comes to food truck catering!“
“Stopped in on a Sunday after church to do a little browsing at the Oldsmar Flea Market. My wife, two daughters, granddaughter, niece and I. After a bit of shopping we found this delightful little Mexican food truck. We could tell by the number of people that it must be pretty good.Browsing the menu, as is our practice on weekly family lunch, we ordered a variety of items to share. We selected a Burrito, 3 Shrimp Empanadas, 3 Tostados, 3 Marinated Pork Tacos, a Beef Taco, and a Quesadilla. Actually another customer told me the Tamales were great, but they were already sold out. We all got sodas and one delicious fresh Mango drink and chatted a few minutes until our food came to our table.Our food arrived fresh, hot and delicious. The Empanadas were crisp and overflowing with shrimp and cheese. The Burrito was stuffed and yummy. Quesadilla crisp and hot. My wife loved the Pork Tacos. My favorite by far was the amazing Tostados. Maybe because there were no Tamales.The only negative thing about the whole experience was that the tables, although shaded, were in the afternoon sun, and it was hot! “Amazing ? the quality of food/fruits is top notch! I get my hair done next door and when I finally decided to try one of their menu items I was taken by the quality and taste of the dish. The first time I ordered the fruit boat which was delicious with a freshly cooked cheeses pastry giving the dish a great balance of savory and sweet, then I tried their mango All smoothies are delicious as well. “When I went it was a little crowded, I thought it was going to take forever, but it wasn't. The service was spectacular. The wait for the food was minimal. I ordered cassava alcapurrias, churrasco with tostones and passion fruit juice. I can't describe which of everything tasted better. Excellent work. “My girlfriend and I went to this place on our way to the movies just to get something quick and we immediately agreed to order barría tacos. Let me just tell you the service was top notch, the food was incredibly well made and tasted amazing. The gentleman that served us went out of the way to give us the best meal tacos of Tampa and had us taste all of their spicy sauces and even offered to double them up. This was all at the very end of his day when they were just about to close the truck. Him and his other employees made sure we had the best experience ever! Please don’t hesitate to try them out !!!“

“My search for fried chicken is epic. Not many make it real good around here and those that do want double digit $$ for a couple pieces with some sides. The others are Kentucky and Popeye's who search the world over for the tiniest chickens and serve that. It takes at least 6 pieces to fill you. Hopes forever held high, when I heard about this truck I set out as soon as I could to taste it. Easier said than done since the hours posted on-line are wrong. It took 4 visits to finally find it open. School kids and his personal life are the reason for the tardy hours. I ordered a 12 pc meal with fries and cole slaw. The chicken pieces were massive, 2-3 times the size of fast food chicken, like the ones in grocery stores. While not as good as my homemade it was very good and will now be part of the take-out rotation at home. Fries were very good, previously frozen. Slaw did not have my preference of mayo or flavor profile but the wife liked it. Most days he opens between 12pm and 1pm. He did share his cell number with me so I could call in orders even when he is not yet at the truck and we can arrange a pick up time. Sweet!! Come get you some.“

“This was hands down the best Cuban food I’ve had in a long time.You know the food is going to taste good when it takes a minute to explain what you want to your cook! He was amazing and very helpful.We had the Cuban sandwich and (steak milanesa a caballo) steak & egg with Cuban rice.The food truck itself has a cute couple benches where you can sit and enjoy your meal which I definitely recommend eating it while it’s hot.“

“Needed something super fast and to-go before hopping on the ferry to Coachman Park...we were going to go to the Crown and Bull, but just behind it in the outdoor patio/dining area of blur was this food truck!They have tacos and other options...3 of us ordered the blackened grouper sandwich.It came with a slice of American cheese on it...which I found odd, but it went well with it.It comes with chips, I opted to upgrade to rice. The rice was very good.The grouper was VERY good!Prices were quite reasonable too.I wish I had gotten a picture but totally forgot! I'd come again and try a taco or the tots or the churros or lots of things.Next time I'll take pics.“

“I preordered an order for curbside pickup. I texted back to cancel my order due to not taking my baby out in the bad weather. I received a text back asking for my address and they would deliver my order. I thought that was unbelievably nice, and when this awesome lady came to my door, she refused to take my credit card.
