“We were in Florida for several days and I ended up here every day trying something for dinner. There were so many people that made our experience amazing but the person that made the experience extra special was Sanchez. Fantastic recommendations and the drink that he recommended was amazing. (Just ask for the Sanchez) Wonderful food (Diana at the ceviche bar) and atmosphere with the deck (even with the heat) was amazing. I will definitely be returning.“

“I recommend this hotel but not Amatista’s Cookhouse. My family was very disappointed. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken that cost $50. We expected the chicken to feed three people. We were shocked to see the size of the chicken that was brought to our table as it was extremely small. Not only was the chicken tough to break apart to put on our plates, but it was also hollow in the middle, lacking meat. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for charging $50 for what they call a whole rotisserie chicken when it didn’t appear to even be half of a rotisserie chicken. Also, we never received bread and butter at all, during our dining experience, which I believe was included with our meals. To say we are disappointed is an understatement however, we will never be dining at this restaurant again.“

“Called in for an early dinner and we got sat down straight away no problems. We were a party of eight. Everyone enjoyed their food and we each ordered something different so we could try bits of each others and were all very happy. Place was a little quiet but it was early. Drinks were really well priced in comparison to every other place we've been too in this 3 week holiday and thats even before the happy hour discounted prices kicked in! Cocktails and beers were lovely.It was clean and well ran. Toilets spotless which is always a good sign.Jasmine was our server and she did a great job looking after us. We would all definitely go back.“

“I have been to A & A cuisine three times now, the roti has been consistently delicious. I usually get the shrimp curry, big juicy shrimp. I haven't had a chance yet to visit on a Saturday for the doubles, hopefully soon. I've also called in advance to order just the roti skin, you have to call by Wednesday to pick up on Friday. I would definitely recommend. The family who owns this food truck are just so nice and friendly, great customer service. I will visit anytime I am in town.“

“Mark and his staff delivered again! I wanted an informal birthday dinner for my husband’s 50th birthday and they set our large party up on the patio. I ordered the curry chicken with rice & peas, cabbage and plantains. Delish!! My husband ordered the jerk pork with rice and plantains. This is the spot if you want some really good Jamaican food. Braydon was our waiter and he was so kind to let us taste a little of the entrees that we had questions about. Check them out! You won’t be sorry!“

This is one of my favorite spots, small Jamaican. Good food restaurants. I've tried many others in Orlando. This is one of the best ones I found. The service is top-notch place is always cleaned.
