“Hotel guests were directed to the restaurant without reservations, resulting in an long wait. Despite being late for a reservation, guests with reservations received priority seating, which seemed illogical and inconsiderate. However, Our server was amazing!“

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. It was dog friendly which was extremely helpful. The resort, amenities, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor and very impressive pool with a slide. I loved the water taxi to take up to Universal. Highly recommend.“

The general Manager Ms. Hanane went above and beyond, personally checking in multiple times and even grating fresh cheese onto my pasta, which added a thoughtful touch to the service. The host, Justin, was also excellent; he remembered my order in detail and communicated it seamlessly to the staff. After a less-than-satisfactory visit in the past, today's service truly exceeded my expectations. “My husband and I ordered the filet and coconut shrimp. It was cooked perfectly and very tender . Coconut shrimp and savory dipping sauce was delicious. Server was very hospitable. Great atmosphere. And don't get me started on the margaritas... the best ones in Florida. Would definitely recommend.“

“We came to celebrate my nephews graduation. We were a party of six and opted for the patio for the fresh air. The light fixture on the patio are bottles of gin, vodka, and rum bottles. What a great idea. The vibe here is good. The colorful patio feels like you are in another country. The food was delicious as well as the drinks. There are TV’s located fr those who wish to watch a sport game from the bar and patio. You are served a proper portion of food for the price per plate.“

“I ordered the light portion of jerk chicken pasta. There wasn't any chicken in it. The server returned it to the kitchen after I brought it to his attention. When he returned it did have chicken but the pasta wasn't hot. I ate some but was taking it home. Later I got very sick I did not eat any of it at home and threw it out. I've had it many times before but never had an experience like this.“

“The food at this restaurant is on point! We wanted the feeling of a Caribbean Home cooked meal for Thanksgiving and they nailed it! The Salmon was light and fluffy, the stew chicken and jerk turkey were succulent, and of course the rice and peas, macaroni and potato stuffing all tasted like they came straight out of grandma’s kitchen!!!! “Mark and his staff delivered again! I wanted an informal birthday dinner for my husband’s 50th birthday and they set our large party up on the patio. I ordered the curry chicken with rice & peas, cabbage and plantains. Delish!! My husband ordered the jerk pork with rice and plantains. This is the spot if you want some really good Jamaican food. Braydon was our waiter and he was so kind to let us taste a little of the entrees that we had questions about. Check them out! You won’t be sorry!“

It's alot of food. ???? It fed me, my son and my parents. Everything taste FRESH. I mean Fresh. The salad was firm. Macaroni salad taste perfect. It was enough of the dressing where it is not too much. I wanted more. (I am not a fan macaroni salad ????, but macaroni salad was just right.)The conch Lanbi is not dry where it is over cooked or hard. It taste perfect and tender. My parents are picky eater. “Saw this food truck driving by a non assuming car wash and turned around to give it a shot. Turned out to be delicious. The guy manning the truck kind and helpful for us first time customers.We got a customer favorite not on the menu that's actually in the photos. It was great. The island sauce that's their staple sauce was not on it but I put it on it from the fried shrimp we got. It was all decent portions and worth the money. Passion fruit iced tea was great nice take with the limes.“
