“This was touted as one of the better restaurants at the park and I enjoyed the experience. To start the drinks... Had the Pilar Noir and Old Fashioned. The Pilar Noir was decent, it was like a muted espresso martini... AKA smooth instead of a touch bitter like normal. The Old Fashioned was decent too, it's sweetened by a fireball (cinnamon) syrup or liqueur. I thought this was a bit overpowering and took away from the rum base.

The food, I tried Ropa Vieja and Loma Saltado. The Ropa was a little bland for me, needed a big of some mild heat or an extra layer that was missing, but overall still not bad. The Loma Saltado was so good. Great flavor, great spices. The server was also really good too. Forgot the name but started with an I and a shorter name. Anyways, she was fun and very helpful with suggestions, took her time. It was refreshing to see that kind of service, which seems rarer to see these days.

“The reservation process was super easy, and the staff accommodated my large group of 26 people and were very pleasant. The restaurants ambience was absolutely what I would think a taste of the island would feel like the food was delicious, hot and on time.“

“We had to stop by Bahama Breeze one last time before they closed down, and I’m so glad we did. It really felt like the end of an era. We ordered the salmon, a juicy burger, and the Premium Ultimate Piña Colada, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly tropical. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just as good as we remembered. The relaxed island vibe and fun atmosphere always made this an easy go-to spot for lunch or casual dinners. This location will truly be missed.“

“Visited from out of town. Haven't been to a BB in years! Our server was Genesis and she was attentive and very communicative. My party noted that their pork chops were less than hot but said that everything was tasty. I had two appetizers for my meal and they were tasty. To be nostalgic, I got the Ultimate Pina Coloda and it may have been better than I remembered.
Only British would be, is that we were sat behind the stage on the patio. It was a strange area when tables in front of the stage weren't occupied.“

For my entree, I ordered coconut shrimp tacos which come with black beans & yellow rice. I have ordered this dish before & enjoyed it. This time was different. The tacos could use more flavor; it had very little sriracha aioli & it needed morel The black beans were not visible; I thought that the server had only brought rice & forgot the beans. Turns out they were buried under a mound of rice. And the beans were more concentrated than I expected. There wasn't any sauce to coat the rice. Normally, I would've asked for more aioli & more beans. But the chowder was filling enough that, after eating one of the 3 tacos I ordered, & 2 forkfuls of the rice w/ beans, I was full. I got a 2-go box with plans to doctor the shrimp tacos with a a spicy sauce I have at home. My husband ordered the salmon salad & he enjoyed it.“

“I recommend this hotel but not Amatista’s Cookhouse. My family was very disappointed. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken that cost $50. We expected the chicken to feed three people. We were shocked to see the size of the chicken that was brought to our table as it was extremely small. Not only was the chicken tough to break apart to put on our plates, but it was also hollow in the middle, lacking meat. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for charging $50 for what they call a whole rotisserie chicken when it didn’t appear to even be half of a rotisserie chicken. Also, we never received bread and butter at all, during our dining experience, which I believe was included with our meals. To say we are disappointed is an understatement however, we will never be dining at this restaurant again.“

“The food at this restaurant is on point! We wanted the feeling of a Caribbean Home cooked meal for Thanksgiving and they nailed it! The Salmon was light and fluffy, the stew chicken and jerk turkey were succulent, and of course the rice and peas, macaroni and potato stuffing all tasted like they came straight out of grandma’s kitchen!!!! “I have been to A & A cuisine three times now, the roti has been consistently delicious. I usually get the shrimp curry, big juicy shrimp. I haven't had a chance yet to visit on a Saturday for the doubles, hopefully soon. I've also called in advance to order just the roti skin, you have to call by Wednesday to pick up on Friday. I would definitely recommend. The family who owns this food truck are just so nice and friendly, great customer service. I will visit anytime I am in town.“

“YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE. You will not regretted it. Trust me!!The food was amazing. I ordered Conch Lanbi with rice and beans/ salad and Chicken Wings with french fries and macaroni salad. It's alot of food. ???? It fed me, my son and my parents. Everything taste FRESH. I mean Fresh. The salad was firm. Macaroni salad taste perfect. It was enough of the dressing where it is not too much. I wanted more. (I am not a fan macaroni salad ????, but macaroni salad was just right.)The conch Lanbi is not dry where it is over cooked or hard. It taste perfect and tender. My parents are picky eater. They enjoyed it as much as I did. They were very satisfied. Thanks again. We will be back for more!“

We’ve been going here for a very long time and now that I’ve moved out about an hour away from Orlando, anytime we are in Orlando, it’s a must to stop by and get food from here. My favorite is the Chinese fried rice with the pork and chicken and don’t get me started on the garlic sauce. That sauce makes everything 10x better!!
