“The service at the Florida mall location is very good, Wiscar welcomed us as soon as we stepped in to the store, explained the menu to us and offered options, we sat to wait and she brought the order to our table (super nice of her) the churros were delicious!!! They came fresh and hot, we got the 14 churros with Dulce de leche and Nutella! I highly recommend this order and this location, the store and sitting areas were clean and had plenty of space, I will be back soon!“

“This place is underrated . The food is consistent, afford and the quality is superb . The customer service is impeccable . You can tell they take honor in quality and service . One thing I love about this place is the cook is constantly changing his gloves and putting on new ones after he touches raw meat or after he’s done cooking . The ambiance is chill amd relax .“

“The chicken strips were the best I've had in awhile wow the batter was light and crunchy the chicken was so juicy and tender man it was so good! I didn't like the special sauce personally my family did... I however did love the honey mustard! The Texas toast needs wayyyyy more garlic it tastes like a light butter sauce that's it. And the fries were pretty good as well.“

The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. Overall always a great experience, spicy nuggets are my fave!!“

My tasty food was delivered by another nice young lady, she asked if we needed anything else and to let her know if she could do anything else for us. “We LOVE this place! My whole family is allergic to wheat, eggs and dairy and I'm also allergic to tomatoes. They put olive oil on my crust in place of the sauce and accommodate all of our allergies. They are also willing to put quite a large amount of topings on our pizzas. This is hands down our fav place to go out to eat. Their lemonade is also as sweet as pie if you like that kind of thing. :)“

I called on Monday evening I believe and spoke to Blake who was very helpful and professional and he passed the message to the GM Renee. Today I went in person and both Renee and the Regional Manager Owen were extremely helpful in rectifying what happened. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and the vibe is phenomenal.“

We all k ow how good their food is, and how awesome their lemonade is but this time it was a little different. My relatives dietary needs are different than mine and I was able to get grilled chicken instead of breaded; fruits instead of fries, and their lemonade with sugar substitute. Made his day! “We never do fast food, but Summer brings challenges as a working mama and it was too hot to play outside. My son KNEW there was a playground at this location, which is a godsend bc so many had eliminated their kid space post COVID.
We were surprised to find they provide alcohol wipes with the meals for sanitation and mints following. Honestly, those little details make all the difference. I love the real flowers in the vases and the fact that their employees make you feel valued and that they look, regardless of how they feel, happy to see you.
I’m really impressed.
The icing on the cake was finding a paint party for all children and parents who wanted to participate for free! Honestly, being able to do my job guilt free and watch my son engage with other others has been the best part of the summer so far. Thank you so much!“

“Our family of 5 flew in from Alaska to spend Thanksgiving holiday with family and our first stop was Chick-fil-a. Our favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken sandwich but it has to have the honey roasted bbq sauce. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were so sad to find out they were out of HRBBQ. We told Janiah this was our first stop and we’d been looking forward to our visit all day. A few minutes later she can back to our car with a baggie of hrbbq.
