“We have been wanting to try the place's hamburgers for a long time, hamburgers with good flavor, size and price, but without a doubt the best of all were the fries! You have to try them! Many are not that many, you try the first one and you can't stop eating them. They are exquisite!!! Super recommended.“
“Stopped by with my wife and daughter on the way to the airport. As soon as we completed our order, a worker accidentally unplugged the cash register. They went ahead and made our order and the register never came back up before we finished eating. I tried to pay but they wouldn't allow me to. Said the manager had agreed to comp the meal which was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated but not expected. Still the best burgers made, hands down! Thanks 5-Guys!“
“Staff was not friendly at all. Gentleman was annoyed when we informed him we paid for a bacon burger and there was no bacon. We waited for them to replace it with a new batch (which could explain why they left out the bacon- instead of asking us to wait a bit for bacon being prepped). They did provide some in an aluminum tray, but the burger wasn't hot at this time.Soda machine tray was a mess. Sofa liquid spilled all over. They could be cleaned at some point every hour or so. Tables (booth tables) hadn't been wiped down either. You had to wipe one down yourself if you wanted to sit there.Food was expensive for what it is. I could eat a hot meal at a different location for this price but it is what it is.“
“Every time I have come to this Five Guys, it’s been a great experience. I go to the one on Millenia Blvd by the Costco.I have a gluten allergy and they are very nice about. They have always taken it seriously and handle my food with care which I appreciate tremendously!Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy so I get the burger wrapped in lettuce. I’m pretty sure the fries are in their own frier and are gluten free.“
“Smiling cashier greeted us with such a great, welcoming personality. We ordered a couple burgers which were completely customizable. The little burger has one patty while the regular has two. We opted for the regular and got a hot dog for our little one and a small fry (which was actually a huge portion) to share. Everything was made to order, came out quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious! The fries were excellent. Inside was pretty basic with ample seating and a few high tops. Open kitchen so you can watch your food being prepared. For 2 burgers, a hot dog, one order of fries and a one soda it was about $35, which is a little steeper than I anticipated, but food costs are soaring right now - so I'll pay that for fresh, quality "fast food."“
“My brother (@tomdnyc) and I had some French fries and peanuts to tide us over, but we wish we could have had more. It's great that the fries are fried potatoes, instead of the laundry list of chemicals found in a lot of other fast food options out there, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!“
“Some of the best food in the mall that tastes very good with large food portions and probably my favorite fries I've had in awhile. Staff was friendly and once given food you can just go find a spot and enjoy(which you will).Parking: This shop is in the mall itself so no parking, you just walk up to it.“
“One of the best fast foods available. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with two burgers, it was totally worth it. An important detail is that you can choose as many toppings as you want (additional ones) without paying extra, in addition, a good tip is to order a medium potato for just two people (they take great care when serving, throwing a lot more in the bag).“
“There is nothing wrong with this restaurant. But the decor is very busy with bright colors and large lettering everywhere. It was really making my dates autistic child uneasy. But I have been to the location before, and I will return again when the child is not with me. (I am not an expert on autism)“
