“I have been here twice in the last month. No complaints! They were really busy both times and still got the order out fast. We ordered online. I feel like that's the way to go! Everything was good! Drive through line was long but we went in to pick up the order. I like the coleslaw. Would eat here again ?“

“I ordered Big bucket 2 times, no biscuits. Boo. Third time, because I had a special order, I had to go inside. I mentioned the no biscuits to make sure we got them. They gave me ALL the biscuits, made my special order in half the time originally quoted, and did all this smiling and being polite.“

“Went through drive thru for our food. When we received our food, there were a few things missing. The manager, Aaron, and staff helped correct the issue. They seemed to be busy. The inside was unique, with the KFC bucket hanging from the ceiling. The place was clean.“

“In a long time since I've been to KFC. Ordered an original all breasts three-piece meal didn't mind that I had to pay extra because it was all breast but let me tell you it was piping hot and the chicken was fat meaning that there was a lot of meat on the breast“

“I almost didn't come here for dinner after reading some of the horror reviews on here. Either this place has massively improved within a few months or people are way too pick. Waited no longer that 5 minutes, good was good and service was also good. Maybe if I came here a little later after Universal Studios closes it might have been different. My advice is you'll pay for KFC and get KFC, if you come at around 4-5pm your service time should be short.“

“People are super nice honest trustworthy people! Great food quality and quantity and super yummy! Great for kids! Everyone was real sweet and my daughter enjoyed the attention from workers and loved their pirate statue and shark head! Also dropped $3 earlier. Happened to come back in for a drink refill and they returned my $3 letting me know I dropped it earlier. Will most definitely returned to this establishment! I don’t usually visit KFC, but my husband was craving chicken, so we stopped by this location—and I’m so glad we did.

First, the cleanliness of the restaurant was *spotless*—a refreshing sight!

Second, our food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Every bite was perfection.

Lastly, the cashier was incredibly kind, and when I asked to speak to the manager to share my feedback, I was greeted by the sweetest, most welcoming woman.
