Food was delicious & my grandson definitely enjoyed the atmosphere for his birthday. Service however left a lot to be desired. Our server was pleasant, but very slow & inefficient. We were a party of 7, which secured her 18% post tax tip.We witnessed her several times returning to tables with smaller parties whilst we waited patiently & unnecessarily for simple requests such as water refills & creamer for our coffee. Did magical dining again this year. Took the granddaughter with us and she really loved it. Food was not as good as last year. Not sure if it was due to us complaining about the reservation process and them squeezing us in on another day. Or if it was overall not the same. The kids meal was overly expensive as well. But we did enjoy the experience.
Amazing experience! Such a chilling atmosphere watching the sharks swim by while eating lunch. Pre reservation needed. A definite 5 stars.
