“The service at the Florida mall location is very good, Wiscar welcomed us as soon as we stepped in to the store, explained the menu to us and offered options, we sat to wait and she brought the order to our table (super nice of her) the churros were delicious!!! They came fresh and hot, we got the 14 churros with Dulce de leche and Nutella! If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give Tito a 5-Diamond rating. He’s a true Ford specialist who genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

I first met Tito after going through a nightmare repair experience with my 2017 Ford Explorer. It had a major issue—a water pump replacement—which was poorly handled by a previous mechanic who cut corners. As a result, the coolant kept leaking, and the vehicle overheated twice. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially after spending so much money on a repair that didn’t fix the problem.

A trusted colleague who buys and sells vehicles recommended Tito to me. He swore by him, saying Tito fixes all the vehicles he flips—and never has issues afterward. That gave me hope. When I arrived at Tito’s shop, I was emotional, overwhelmed, and on the verge of giving up on my car. But from the moment I spoke with Tito, I was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. We all k ow how good their food is, and how awesome their lemonade is but this time it was a little different. “I stumbled upon this spot while heading to Tropical Smoothie, and I’m so glad I stopped! Their smoothies are incredibly fresh—made with real fruit, no powders, no artificial stuff, just pure goodness.

The service was just as refreshing! I always appreciate great customer care, and when I asked about a military discount (since Tropical Smoothie offers one), the attendant immediately said yes—no hesitation. I showed my veteran ID, and they took care of me with respect and kindness.
