“Found this restaurant as a recommendation on a local Facebook group. We decided to give it a try. The restaurant is clean. The service is excellent. All of the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. All of us were very satisfied with our meals. They give you a lot of food and we all had leftovers to take home. This is a hidden Sarasota gem. I highly recommend and we will be back.“

I definitely always like to support a new place. But the staff really seemed somewhat uninterested. I understand the difficulty in finding good help so I didn’t think much of it. But when I ordered food and 2 boba teas and I got my food and 15 mins later got my teas. Food was decent and I hope they turn it around. I will give it another shot in a couple months so they can get more dialed in.“

“Hoshi Sushi is the BEST SUSHI in Sarasota! This family-owned gem is run by Starr, the incredibly sweet and kind owner who makes every visit feel like you’re part of the family. The sushi is always fresh and bursting with flavor, and their miso soup is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Our favorite sushi rolls are the sweet potato and avocado – they’re simply amazing! Don’t miss the edamame and the bento boxes, which are perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. “Sharky’s (and Fins) was the perfect surprise after a long drive and a Venice Beach sunset. The hostess recommended Fins, and it couldn’t have been better. We started with chilled lobster claws and Oyster Rockefeller — both incredible. My friend, who thought she didn’t like oysters, called them the most delicious thing she’s ever eaten. We shared a petite filet cooked medium rare to perfection, paired with a glass of Pinot Noir that felt magical. The service was seamless, with both servers providing warmth, professionalism, and great energy. Combined with the amazing food, relaxed atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of the sunset over the beach, this experience completely exceeded expectations. I can’t wait to come back.“

“I had an amazing meal at this Thai restaurant in downtown Sarasota! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The flavors of the dishes were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the green curry, it was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of spicy! The spring rolls were the perfect appetizer, crisp and full of flavor. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the entire experience felt delightful.
