“We have been coming here since they opened. And have been very happy. Tonight we ordered our normal number 23., we were told it will be an extra 50 cents to make it a little spicier cooked in. I'm not quibbleing about the 50 cents, but it's never been done before. Just saying.“

I don't know if she's being work too much because every time I come in she's the only one there but I felt like She could have went a different way About toast LOL. That's my only issue I know what I want I know what I'm supposed to get it's the same thing I get every timeMy girlfriends and I are glad it's here the food is better than the other cafe. I hope that it continues to grow. But when you have a server in your face roll their eyes and make you feel like you're a problem kind of is upsetting like I said maybe she was exhausted I don't know there was only 4 other tables in there all I can do is pray for her and maybe the next time It would be a little better and I can get my sourdough bread it truly is really good. I own a tax office and would love to do catering for my employees but would love to make sure my sourdough is there. Keep cooking amazing food and keep that sourdough coming“

“What a wonderful hidden gem in Belleview. You would be surprised that a place as nice as this could come from this town but be pleasantly surprised. The breakfast menu is limited and at first I thought that would be an issue but no- what they do have is amazing! Not always do they have tiramisu but if they do while you are there- be sure to get it! The inside dining atmosphere is quite an eyefull. You will feel like your eating inside of a thrift shop. So much chaos but in a fun way. Be sure to stop by this spot in Belleview - you will not regret it!

Parking: Parking is available. There is no valet service offered here if a man named "Greg" offers to park your car for you- Do not trust him!“

“We went to the Fiests Grande restaurant today (2-1-25). Somebody told the manager that my husband was stealing a cup that was on another table. My husband saw the cup and was showing me how cool it was (we are seniors and if my husband liked a cup that he saw he would have asked our server if the restaurant sold them, we do not have to steal. Nor were we dressed poorly.) So, the manager came over to us, and demanded to look in my husband's bag. I felt so bad for my husband! The look on his face! He was mortified! She did not find a cup, because my husband did not take anything. She embarrassed my husband and me in front of everyone. I approched the manager and told her she was out of line and she told me she had to protect her customers...well, my husband and I were also her customers, she didn't protect us from public humiliation! She also told me " I am Mexican, I know how it feels. I don't know what she meant by that. We will never visit that restaurant again, and probably won't go to Mt. Dora again either! Needless to say, our beautiful day was ruined.“

The scallops were excellent, perfectly prepared and definitely would recommend.

My fish and chips as you can see were meh… fries thrown on, batter fell apart and sparse serving of coleslaw. Would not recommend.

The shrimp with crab was good. The diner enjoyed them I tried one and not my thing so when I say “good” take it with a grain…

All the asparagus were severely overcooked.

Bread was bulk purchased and not very good.

Vickey our server was on point. Timing everything appropriately and a professional pleasure left a 20% + gratuity.

Can’t say I’d run back and would prefer Blue Fin.“

“Nichole, our server, was outstanding as usual. In fact, she’s the best I’ve seen in the last decade. She works hard. She’s very efficient and sharp as a tack. Whatever you are paying her is not enough. She is also a lot of fun for a bunch of old crazy golfers like us. She can turn a bad day of golf into a fun time at lunch. Darrell’s is really good, too.“

It was so good, I had to go back at least one more time to have the oxtail before leaving Florida. Next time I come back to visit, I would love to try the other dishes (they all look so delicious). I love oxtail, tho… and I have to admit that this is one of the best oxtail dishes that I’ve had. As far as the atmosphere of the cafeteria, I found it to be clean and bright while surrounded by quaint and cute decor that made me feel comfortable and relaxed while having my meal.
