“Not only were the drinks and food fabulous but the employees were amazing! 7 of us were stuck out in a rainstorm from a motorcycle ride. We were all soaked to the bone and freezing! we stopped here to have a drink and some food and wait the storm out. The bartender who was working on 8/24/25 with short blonde hair deserves a raise! She saw me and the other girl freezing and went to her car and got us her own personal sweaters to wear Her, as well as the sweet waitress that was working were great. We didn't know this little gem of a place existed but now it will permanently be on our list for future rides!“

“Alanna is the best. She always treats me so well. Even when I’m having a bad day and might be a bit cranky towards her she doesn’t take it personally and treats me with the upmost respect. She consistently gets my orders right and make sure my food is out as quick as the kitchen will let it. She’s super friendly and I love making small talk with her when I come in there. honestly, this girl needs a raise. She works really hard. She’s super kind and she’s very professional. “Today was my first time going and I absolutely loved the energy! I got some Teriyaki wings and my boyfriend got a burger that he couldn’t even finish lOl . My waitress name was Rebecca, she was very kind and polite ❤️ The manager stopped by before we left and gave us a little back ground on the restaurant. That fact that he took the time as busy as it was very sweet . Outstanding place ! Wish I could give more stars . Will be returning soon!“

“I have many fond memories of dining at this restaurant with my mother and grandmother. We would often meet here for breakfast and lunch, and I always made sure to order the hamburger steak. It's a dish I highly recommend - it's a 10/10 in my book! Unfortunately, I haven't been back since my mom and grandma passed away, but I still find myself craving their food.“

This place is always packed whether that be for breakfast or lunch, and they also offer a wide variety of desserts, (cinnamon rolls and the German chocolate cake were the 💣). Always the same experienced familiar faces, although sometimes we’ve noticed the volume can be little overwhelming for the servers but that’s understandable, because it gets a little crammed inside. “I will not give the 1 star review they deserve. But after waiting 1 1/2 hrs the lady at the counter lied to my wife about her order. It never got placed. I understand the pressure there under. But instead of fixing the problem we got our money back and left without food. I was very unhappy with the service received by this employee. I'm not using names because I don't want anyone fired. “We ordered a pizza and there was a topping that was too spicy and we thought it had olives on it. They immediately made us another pizza and it was delicious. Being the end of the day they they gave us a piece of cake they couldn’t have out in front. Always friendly and curtesy staff.“

“My wife and I go to Pensacola once a month and we usually stop at Cheddars. We never had a bad meal until yesterday. She got a salad and I got a burger. The burger was over cooked,the lettuce was wilted and the onions were old and they were the outside of the onion ring,chewy not crispy. I don't complain at restaurants because you never know what going to happen when the take your meal back to the kitchen. The service was great the young lady was very attentive and I still left a tip.I didn't eat much of it.“

“We had dinner at this location. After working a long days work the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious just being nice to your guest. Makes the food much better. I do recommend going to this location the night staff they are wonderful. They had great vibes make you want to go above and beyond and tip greatly.“

“I have been going to Miguel’s since I was a kid and it’s always been my favorite Mexican in Pensacola! I would recommend it to anyone, that’s why I left a “would recommend” review. I don’t want the positive rating to do down, but I do think the owner/manager should be aware of their restaurant today. I’m in town this week so we decided to grab lunch at Miguel’s. The food was as amazing as I remember, but the service was not so great. To be fair, the restaurant was extremely busy and we only saw two servers working. I think they were trying to do the best they could to keep up. However, after our food was delivered, we didn’t see our server for at least 30 min. I then asked the other server for to go chips, boxes and a dessert and it seemed like we were being a nuisance. Our server made it to the table with our dessert about 20 minutes later and said they had been slammed with call in to go orders. We got our to go boxes and I asked again for chips. She quickly took the bill back to add $1.25 for chips. Here is my opinion: first, don’t leave your tables alone for that long without acknowledging them. Secondly, if you are that busy in the restaurant and can’t keep up, maybe let callers know you aren’t able to take to go orders at the moment. Lastly, I honestly don’t care about paying $1.25 for a bag of chips, but when your customers have been sitting for two hours and were never even offered a drink refill, maybe throw in the chips at no charge.“
