“I was very impressed by the employee that took our order thur drive through.Not only was he friendly and polite,he went above and beyond!!He hasn't gotten an order of mozzarella sticks in the bag but was watchful enough to see us park then brought them to our car.He was very nice and I wish I got his name.We were at the palatka store before noon time. I do love to see someone take pride in their work!!“

“We stopped here at 10:30 PM after spending all day driving and had not ate anything in hours.

Honestly for being so late in the day, all three of us agreed, whis was probably rhe best Taco Bell any of us ever had.

Everything was freshly, hot, and FULL which was nice! Sometimes when I have visited fast food places late in the day the food is thrown together, but it was nice and full.

“We were just passing through on our way back home to Gainesville from Daytona Beach, and decided to stop in for a healthier alternative to fast food on the way home.How nice to not only be greeted by John, but along with being courteous, attentive, and obviously knowing his product, he had a great sense of humor! ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE workers can learn something from this man. Unfortunately, he only works at this SUBWAY location on the weekends. He deserves kudos and pRAISE! Thanks John for making our quick stop memorable. :-)“

“(March 26, 2025) Okay I wanted so much to give this one five stars because the crew are friendly here, they have their own traffic light for an easy left turn, and it’s some of the very FEW remaining Burger Kings that have background music (most are totally mute silent!), and they’ve always had a working shake machine and working hassle-free WiFi.

Now here’s the one problem. The inconsistency of the food product. I’ll use just the Whopper for example. I’ve had the total of six from this location over the past few months, and four of them had their incredible seasoning on the meat patties…….. and the most recent two did NOT! Just plain old hamburg. A big disappointment :-( At other times their chicken products have been sitting too long, and I was served dry stringy overheld chicken, so I’ve come to lose my trust for them when it comes to getting quality food. I’m sure there’s a company standard they’re supposed to be following to assure quality, and sadly they’re not following it and are “cutting corners” to the disappointment of the customer.“
