“I was very impressed by the employee that took our order thur drive through.Not only was he friendly and polite,he went above and beyond!!He hasn't gotten an order of mozzarella sticks in the bag but was watchful enough to see us park then brought them to our car.He was very nice and I wish I got his name.We were at the palatka store before noon time. I do love to see someone take pride in their work!!“

“This isn’t actually about the food. It’s about the EV charger and HUDSON who was on shift yesterday and was super helpful. The FPL hose wouldn’t come off of my adapter after I couldn’t get the supercharger to work. After 15 mins of struggling I went inside and Hudson greeted me immediately, listened to my problem and immediately came out to offer assistance. (Thank goodness it was during a slow time for them.) He helped me disconnect it after quite the struggle too, and sent me on my way. He was so incredibly kind and helpful! This is great customer service and I’ll be back to eat for just that reason!“

“We were just passing through on our way back home to Gainesville from Daytona Beach, and decided to stop in for a healthier alternative to fast food on the way home.How nice to not only be greeted by John, but along with being courteous, attentive, and obviously knowing his product, he had a great sense of humor! ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE workers can learn something from this man. Unfortunately, he only works at this SUBWAY location on the weekends. He deserves kudos and pRAISE! Thanks John for making our quick stop memorable. :-)“
