“We are on vacation from out of town and we visited this location yesterday. The bagels are awesome. And while we were there, the Manager gave us a free cookie for my daughter and I to enjoy, they even snuck in a few free bagels for us since it was near closing time. I highly recommend these folks. Awesome customer service and a phenomenal bagel.“

“Had been wanting to try this place for some time but I live in Delray and it's quite the jaunt for a bagel. I was going to be in the area this morning and made sure to make enough time for myself so I could swing by here in hopes that they still had the egg everything bagel on the menu and they did! The bagel was fluffy with a nice outside, a lot of everything topping (hate when an everything bagel is light with poppy/sesame - that's a 'something' bagel!). I was between on the scallion or jalapeno cream cheese and opted for scallion - definitely made for a great bagel and they don't skimp on the cream cheese. Not much to write home about the coffee, I'm not much of a coffee snob, but it was a great cuppa black joe.
Service from both guys at the counter was really friendly, place was clean, everyone before and after me seemed to be tended to quickly and politely.
If in the area again I definitely plan to come back and try one of their sandwiches!“

“So last Saturday I went to Brooklyn bagel got a coffee and a toasted bagel with butter. Sat outside open the bagel and it was dry. As I walk back inside I’m looking by the coffee section for those little packets of butter. None! Asked the girl for a little butter and she says “I have to charge you for it” I was shocked at first and said my bagel was dry and I just needed a little pat of butter. Again she says, I have to charge you. Now I’m pissed, I go get my bagel bring it back and said I want a refund! Which I got. So now you have lost a customer forever and I’ve gone to BBagel since they opened. No business sense!!!“
