“Having experienced the best sushi in the world through my travels, I would put this in the top 10.
However, they need to work on their portion control. 1- You can choose 12 or 17 presentations. All presentations are the same and prepared the same. —unfortunately… Last night’s experience there were three sushi chefs… The group on our right ordered the 12 -as did myself and my girlfriend. The portions were 33 to 40% bigger on the right with the sushi chef closest to them. Every single piece that came out to us was noticeably smaller, even though we had the same exact 12 piece choice. I did not go home hungry, but there was a noticeable difference so we’re not sure whether the sushi chef on our left made them smaller, or the right size… or the chef on the right was making them too big. The bottom line is it doesn’t look fair when they’re serving— especially at that price. Paying a premium for sushi such as this, you would assume the portions would be the same. That was my only disappointment.“

The menu is unique and the food exactly on target. My better half and I prefer to seat at the bar as we enjoy the social advantage being a bar fly rewards. “This place is amazing!! Georgia was our server and she was awesome! She made the best recommendations, served us quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed and more! “Rocco's on Clematis has nice ambience, good food and drink and TERRIBLE sound level. If you actually want to have any chance to speak with your fellow diners then sit outside. This could be remedied by turning the overly loud music down. The space creates enough sound without the full volume music.“

“My first experience dining here, read the reviews and they sounded good so decided to book a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant had to park four blocks away parking is atrocious. The hostess was busy talking on her phone, never a good sign. Sat down finally, decided on an appetizer and some entrees the waiter came back and said they were out of the appetizer, started off bad. Very limited fish dishes, ordered a steak dish and a fish dish,nothing spectacular and it was tough we did not say anything to the waiter the whole situation from beginning to end a total disappointment, couldn't wait to leave, actually felt nauseated after leaving after eating my fish with risotto, it was so greasy. Very loud place hard to have a conversation.I don't know what the hype is about this place because the prices do not match the food quality or the presentation. Would not recommend nor would I go back ever. The whole vibe was uninspiring and the atmosphere was just not a good experience or fun. I guess if you're a drinker this place might be fun but if you're not it makes waiting for your entree for 45 minutes more excruciating, was not impressed about anything about this place and I wanted to be. Note to manager find a Hostess that seems like she's interested in seating people and not talking on the phone. I could honestly say I had better food at the gas station on the way into town, the homemade empanadas there were amazing. All I can say to people is beware of reviews you'll get burned I know I have on several occasions. I've run into people who absolutely love this place while I've been in town, wish I could say the same. maybe I was there on an off night but waiting 45 minutes for an entree when three of their tables were seated and served before I was seemed a little strange. the wait staff seem tired and uninspired.“
