“Had a rough day yesterday and we were too overwhelmed to cook. I don’t usually like eating out because I’m a pretty good cook myself. I’m often disappointed with eating out. Evening finding an okay Chinese place is hard, but my go to was closed on Monday. I read Happy China was a popular pick on Door Dash so we tried it. THIS WAS THE BEST TAKE OUT CHINESE I HAVE EVER HAD. We ordered entrees and apps and everything we have was made with love, warm, packaged well, and a nice portion. Not only did Happy China feed us, it helped warm our sad souls. Thank you.“

“Ordered take out egg foo young and general tso. Tree in my neighborhood knocked out power lines blocking the road prevented me from picking it up for 2 hours. When I finally got there they remade the order fresh with a smile. Food was excellent, will come again.“

“The food and service was amazing. The music was too loud which was a down point. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal. “We order from New Bamboo consistently because we are never disappointed. I have been to many other Chinese restaurants in this area for many years and this is still my favorite. Usually we do take out and New Bamboo is an excellent choice for that. I especially like the shrimp dishes . They are big and taste fresh.The portions are large and it is prepared traditionally. I highly recommend.“

“I am a New York transplant, I’ve lived here in NPR for 14 years now and I can be picky when it comes to Chinese food. This is the only Chinese food place I order from. The food is great and delivery is fast. Customer service is not always the greatest especially when the children take the calls but this is the spot for sure. The chicken friend rice is always really good (I always sub for it instead of pork friend rice). Combination plates are always filled up well with half rice (some places go too heavy on the rice, this place is just right) decent amount of meat too. I’ve never had a bad experience with the meats here, this is important with Chinese food. If getting delivery make sure you get your soda and any extra sauce that you pay for before the driver leaves , they have forgotten a few times but they always come back with it if forgotten. I ordered the szechuan (?) chicken with hot and sour soup, white rice and egg roll. best soup, the egg roll was crisp, hot and delicious, entree was ample and yummy. . My sis had the moo goo gaipan (?) egg roll and fried rice, which she enjoyed immensely. or waitress was attentive, kept our water glasses filled, and made us feel welcome. it's a bit of a drive but we will definitely return!!“

“I really love the food here. It’s the closest Chinese food that I have found that is almost similar to the Chinese food in Philadelphia, which is where I am from. I have tried a lot of other Chinese food restaurants out here, and this happens to be the best one yet. I have only ordered deliveries from this restaurant. I have not sat in an ate there. So I do not know what the service or the atmosphere is like. I can say they always deliver on time, and the food is always hot and Delicious. This place is my go to Chinese restaurant. My family and I Order from here often. If you’re a Chinese food lover, like I am, you should definitely give this place a chance. They’re General Tso chicken, Beef lo mein, and their pork fried rice is one of many amazing dishes along with many others. I’m not really a big fan of their fried scallops though. Vegetarian options: They make a lot of dishes where only vegetables are included, and the food still taste absolutely delicious, for example, their vegetable lo mein, vegetable fried rice, and vegetable egg rolls etc. are fire! The food is absolutely delicious even if you’re a vegetarian or not.“
